Die Unterkunft ist einfach zu Fuß vom Hafen erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Es sind auch einige Fahrzeug Verleihe in der Nähe. Am Hafen gibt es auch genug Restaurants und ein Lebensmittelshop ist auch nur wenige Meter entfernt.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful comfortable house. Our holiday started a few weeks before departure when Carlos made all the preparations for us and our 8 week old baby. Baby bed, new sheets, ironed, everything was taken care of down to the last detail by him. Really great to be welcomed like this during the holiday. The house offers everything you need and is located in a top location. There was really nothing more we could wish for. Carlos, thanks again and we will definitely come back!

Es un sitio tranquilo a 10 minutos de Ibiza pero a la vez cerca de buenos restaurantes. Es necesario movilidad privada para llegar. La casita es sencillamente magica con varios espacios exteriores donde relajarte. "Pipi" el gato negro es super cariñoso. Emiliano y Patrizia han estado siempre pendientes y super atentos con sus indicaciones de sitios locales. Gracias por permitirnos pasar estos cuatro dias maravillosos ! 100 % recomendable !

We only stayed for a day, but the apartment and pool were great. The staff were very helpful and even provided us with a packed lunch as we could not make breakfast due to an early check-in at the Airport. There are loads of great restaurants just a couple of minutes walk from the apartments. We wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay there again next time we are in Ibiza.

We had a perfect vacation with friends and family at the villa! It truly felt like home—super comfortable and a joy to stay in, especially on the days we preferred to relax rather than go out. The villa is well-maintained, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Food deliveries reached us easily, which was a great convenience. Marco, our concierge for the entire stay, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist with everything, from recommending the best places to visit, apps to use, arranging taxi services, securing entries to dance and beach clubs, to reserving sailing boats. His attentiveness, responsiveness, and vast knowledge of the area made our stay seamless and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! We had an amazing time staying at Mattia's villa. The property is spacious, modern, and secure, offering all the comforts you could want. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, and the pool enjoys plenty of sun throughout the day. The villa’s location is ideal—just a short distance from Ibiza Town, the airport, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the southeast and southwest sides of the island. Mattia is an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond. Upon our arrival, he kindly asked if we needed anything, and when we requested groceries, he took care of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
