Vacation rentals with beach access in Formentera

We had a wonderful stay in Formentera! The location was great, close to everything we needed and we had a wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. Monica was extremely attentive from the beginning, always available to help with any questions and very friendly. We felt very well received and cared for throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to come back!

Great home in the center of Es Pujols but in a quiet area. It is an apartment inside a condominium where you can hear some noises that, however, by closing the windows are not annoying during the night. Apartment equipped with everything you need, even if you want to dine, even spare towels and towels for the beach. Jordi is absolutely available for everything you need in the house and on the island and very convenient self check-in. In my opinion, the price is disproportionate to what it offers, as the apartment is very simple and the bathroom area in the rooms is very small.

Very nice and clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice balcony. Es Pujols is a great place to stay in with lots of nice restaurants and facilities. I would recommend staying here!

Perfect location to explore formentera! We didn’t need a car .. you leave at a stunning beach already , but you can also walk along the sea to even more amazing beaches .. the Appartement itself has everything you need .. well equipped, the water in the shower gets really hot , we enjoyed also the side sea view from the balcony .. we fitted well with four people .. the beds are comfortable..we also enjoyed the smart lock on the door, which you can open and close with your smart phone.. like this there is no fear to loose the key :)

We loved the place and will definitely come back! We really didn’t want to leave and felt at home from the first moment on. It was a great experience that I recommend to everyone. Stefano is very helpful and kind, he was a perfect host! He also accompanied us to the port to take the ferry. The house was very close to the sea with a small private path that took you directly to the beach... really a spectacular and comfortable location. 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟

Best of all, where it is!! In front of Es Caló beach.... we woke up every morning in front of the sea... a magical place!!!

Laura's place is quite small but it is perfect for a solo traveller (can also work for a couple but the bed is quite small as it says in the description). The location in the middle of Es Pujols is great with shops and restaurants on the doorstep and a short walk to the beach. Laura is a great and responsive host and she even gave me a lift to the ferry on my day of departure. I would be happy to stay here again!

Beautiful house surrounded by nature not far from Cala Saona. Mahéva was very kind, she came to pick us up at the port and helped us with our suitcases. The place was exactly as described, for those who want to experience the island in true relaxation and comfort. A place to come back to regenerate.

This place is just great! We were two adults with a toddler and a baby. Planned for 5 nights. At Marc's offer, we extended our stay by another 5, the best decision. We always had great communication and got quick answers. The house was very clean and had everything you need. It is a quiet neighborhood, but you can feel very safe. The outdoor area is very nice, there is plenty of space to chill and linger. The beach is within walking distance (about 5 min). There you will find beautiful water and a view of the open sea. There is also a great restaurant. Great ambiance and delicious, fresh food. By car, you can reach anywhere in max 15 minutes, just perfect. We would come back. Formentera as well as Marc's house are simply a place where relaxation is guaranteed. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house which is located in a very calm and charming area (ideal for beautiful walks and a relaxed holiday). It’s been wonderful 10 days with our family here and we would LOVE to come back!!

For someone who knows how to appreciate the island's wild character, Dario's accommodation is perfect. It offers authenticity and peace of mind. As for comfort and general appearance, with a few things it could be great: a little more kitchenware, improve the decoration, change the obsolete stereo. But we loved it. Thank you.

I'm almost reluctant to tell the beauty of this house for fear of too much publicity and not find it in the future if I return to Formentera. The house has everything, a lot of outdoor space of all kinds, an internal patio that is a joy for the eyes, kitchen, living room and rooms, some smaller but still clean and comfortable, Nicolas, the person who takes care of it and welcomed us, very smart, nice, kind. In short, better I could not wait for this stay in Formentera, it was the best experience with Airb&b

The first day the shower and bathrooms were jammed and flooded but we were fixed the same day. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is very nice.

Very good area where the apartment is located. Cozy, clean and with everything you need for your stay. Easy to get around and very central. I recommend it!!!!

Marcel was readily available and quickly communicated back. The view was great and the location was walkable with many restaurants and shops around.

The place is exactly as seen. Inside it doesn't have too many amenities, but it's in front of the sea, literally on top of the rock. Everything close and easy. The terrace furniture could be more comfortable. That yes, they are strict about the check-out time and 5 minutes before 11 the cleaning girl entered the house directly with the keys. This could improve. The place is unbeatable and the views as well. The beach 1 minute walk, restaurants and disco within walking distance.

Welcoming host and seemingly very well equipped! The location is of choice between the big entertainment and the historic city center, a gym is very close , the Pool is great with everything you need to enjoy!

The addition of a pool was a fantastic bonus, offering a refreshing dip whenever we wanted to relax. Cala Vedella's stunning beach is just a short stroll away, with its crystal-clear waters and scenic views making every moment there feel like paradise. The area is also packed with fantastic restaurants, cute coffee shops and little boutiques. This rental exceeded all our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect Ibiza getaway!

We had a great stay at Mars’s Airbnb. He was a friendly and responsive host and the apartment was great! The location is right across the street from Pacha and about a 30 minute walk to old town. Would love to stay here again!

I stayed with my family in this apartment and found nothing out of place, in fact. They were present as I had requested both the crib and the high chair for the child, the kitchen was well equipped, the apartment was small but comfortable, more than good for our purposes. Good location, close to everything without being in the middle of the casino; supermarket practically below the house.
