It consists of two floors; on the first floor, at the foot of the street, there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, 2 full bathrooms, open kitchen, living room and large outdoor terrace with mini pool 2x2. In the basement there is a gym and direct access to the parking space. AACC in all rooms, WIFI by fiber optic, smart TV and equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, squeezer, toaster, and complete kitchenware. It is provided with large and small bath towel, and beach towel for each guest. The outdoor terrace consists of a seating area, dining area, 2 sunbeds and pool area. Parking space in the building connected to the apartment.
