Vacation rentals with a pool in Folly Island

This was our second time staying at this property. My kids love the pool, hot tub and games. We also love the big, comfy couch to watch family movies. There are family games in the sitting room. Really fun place. It's walkable to the beach but we love renting a golf cart since Folly can be tough with car parking in town. Washer and dryer are extremely helpful. Outdoor shower is great. I wish we'd been able to figure out the fridge temperature. Minor inconvenience. Very responsive, helpful, friendly hosts. We had a wonderful vacation!

Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large group. Beds were comfortable. House is very clean. Appreciate that all the light switches were labeled :)

This condo is in a beautiful, private location and the property is right on the golf course. It is well-furnished and has a screened porch, with cool breezes, as well as a glassed-in sleeping porch with a double-size daybed. The kitchen is large and has a wet bar with glassware, ice bucket and a very nice, complimentary bottle of wine! The kitchen is well stocked and even has a cabinet full of spices. We felt very much at home and loved going to the nearby beach, which had parking spaces and walkways across the dunes. Sitting on that porch, reading and watching golfers was a highlight. It is under trees, so plenty shady. Oh yes! There were two bikes for riding and a neighborhood pool! Very comfortable and we hope to return.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. He was a very responsive and communicative host- he even sent us over a guide of places before our stay. The house was filled with everything we would need- beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. Located near a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Would recommend to anyone for a great stay in Island of Palms!

Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and all the girls loved the house! We enjoyed the backyard and game room. The house had plenty of beds, was beautifully set up and very well kept. It was a quick ride to downtown Charleston. The hosts were responsive and kind throughout the weekend.

Loved this house. It was so pretty and very comfortable for the 4 of us. The decor is beautiful and they were very responsive to all our needs. Will stay here again. Highly recommended!

Calvin’s place hit all the desired targets for our family vacation: easy access to the beach, a pool for the kids, updated kitchen and bathrooms, a nice washer & dryer, an extra refrigerator in the garage, an outdoor shower, loved the wet bar upstairs and the tiki bar by the pool. Calvin has obviously attempted to provide any and all amenities his guests might want.

Loved! Highly highly recommend! Would love to come back!

Excellent location, very easy to get to the beach and to restaurants or the grocery store. A few things were missing upon check in but Kim was very accommodating and quick to bring them over to us. We look forward to coming back next year!

Jeffs place is a lovely cozy condo . Great for us, a couple, to stay in. It was very clean and has most everything we needed. Jeff is a very nice and responsive host . We were not expecting to be in such a public area but, we could walk to beach and that was great !

Really nice condo for the location at Wild Dunes. So easy to get to the beach. Mona was extremely responsive and helpful.

Elizabeth responded quickly to questions. She is friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. We enjoyed her condo so much we extended our stay. The condo itself was very clean and exactly as advertised. Very close to private pier and beach. Was nice to go to the beach without the crowds of public beaches. Very close to Patriotic Point, Forts Sumpter and Moultrie. Many restaurants within walking distance. We hope to make it back next year!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Fabulous stay. Love the marsh and views from the deck. The place is well equipped and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable.

Stayed for a few days with our small family. Grateful for the easy walks to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of play gear available for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for a good cup of coffee and to accommodate some simple meals for our picky children. Great views in the morning, too!

We loved the place and would stay again! The pool was great and the walk to the beach was easy. They had sand toys, chairs, and an umbrella on site which made for great beach days! The hosts were great and helpful.
