Delizioso monolocale ristrutturato all'interno di una corte privata circondata da piante di bambù. Le pareti in pietra naturale e legno e le vetrate della veranda lo rendono accogliente e unico. Situato nella zona Sud di Firenze in riva all'Arno: una zona immersa nel verde e molto tranquilla che si vivacizza nei mesi estivi con l'apertura di locali con musica dal vivo. Facilmente raggiungibile: uscita FI-SUD - e parcheggio non a pagamento. Una pista pedo-ciclabile lo collega al centro città
