Once you get home, you're greeted by a dreamlike atmosphere: here you will embrace peace and tranquility, the warm colors of furniture will make you feel at home. The silence of the court which overlooks the flat, sleek design, historical details will conquer you. You can finally get some rest from the labors of the day between art and culture! This little paradise is waiting for you ... you won't never come back to your home....!! Lovely courtyard apartment, sleeps 2+2, accurate, and recently renovated, very comfortable. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of St. Cross, in the heart of the historic center. Renovated by the owner, who wanted to preserve and to enhance the distinctive features and characteristics of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone columns and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed, sleeping area, separated by curtains, French double bed, a characteristic private courtyard, bathroom with shower. The apartment is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard, is very bright, warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, maps. Fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, large selection of teas and herbal teas. Once a week cleaning and utilities included. FREE WIFI ACCESS. The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, you can then leave the car on the ring road or the car park in Piazza Ghiberti (fee). You can comfortably walk to all places of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train you can reach me directly with the bus if you arrive by plane you can take a taxi. More specific to the reservation. The apartment is a five minute walk from the Church of St. Cross, 10 minutes from the Duomo and Piazza SS. Annunziata, 15 minutes from Central Station. A few steps away from St. Ambrogio and the Flea Market in Piazza de 'Ciompi, from the gardens of Piazza D'Azeglio and Gherardesca, from all kinds of shops, restaurants, local characteristic. The location is very strategic in the best way to stay in Florence. The quarter is the strongest characteristic of the city, the street is quiet and peaceful.
