This really was an ideal residence to stay in in Florence! Impeccably furnished, with great views and sweeping views of the city! Host was amazing and responsive. Location is perfect for those wanting to stay close to the action and also retreat to a quiet and beautiful space above the whirlwind.

Amazing place & beautiful location. Personally, we really enjoyed the restaurant below us, super friendly, gorgeous traditional Italian food at an excellent price! I would highly recommend the accommodation for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings! Super clean, great communication via the host, extremely comfortable and decorated to perfection. Restaurant - Antica Osteria Dei Mercanti - 5 star too!!

Our stay at this beautiful apartment was nothing short of a dream. It was perfect for my partner and I. The location was walkable to the city center and the hosts were so friendly, giving us so many great recommendations. The apartment itself was perfect for two people and very clean. Hopefully I get to return to Florence soon, and if I do I will make sure to stay here again.

Nice place to stay near the Duomo. Close to the Train Station too, which makes it really convenient. It looks just like the pictures, nice bedroom and bathroom. Felt really safe and at home!

Stefania was an amazing host. She was incredibly responsive, her instructions were very clear, and her local recommendations were perfect. The apartment was very clean and in a perfect location.

Quiet apartment in a stunning area with tons to do! Bernardo was a great host, very responsive and gave great instructions for entry and how to use the various items in the apartment. Just steps from the heart of Florence and next to an amazing gelato shop! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a centralized location that is still quiet.

Es muy difícil que un alojamiento cumpla todas mis expectativas, no soy de viajar mucho y me da un poco de reparo el dormir en otro lugar fuera de casa, siempre miro muy bien que donde me hospedo me de seguridad. Nunca un airbnb había cumplido todas mis expectativas hasta hoy, lo digo enserio, si tienes que guiarte por una reseña es esta, (y a la vez me arrepiento de estarla escribiendo por si esto hace que esté ocupado la próxima vez que me quiera alojar aquí), pero sin duda ha sido un tesoro. Está cerca de la estación pero la zona no es insegura, al entrar tienes que cruzar un jardin interior precioso y el alojamiento está impecable. Además de que el alojamiento cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, Rossella y Luciano estuvieron disponibles en todo momento para resolver nuestras dudas, fueron muy amables y comprensibles cuando nuestro vuelo se retrasó dos horas :( Nos ayudaron en todo y fue una experiencia inolvidable, hasta me felicitaron mi cumpleaños que era ese día! :)

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here! Thank you both for sharing your home with us!

El apartamento es tal como lo describen y está todo impecable, muy cerca de todo lo que deseas visitar, en una perfecta ubicación. La única cosa que hay que tener presente, pero lo indican claro los anfitriones, es que no tiene ascensor. Resumiendo, nos ha parecido un apartamento perfecto para parejas, con unos anfitriones atentos.

Florence, especially in the historic center can be overwhelmed by crowds and noise. How fortunate were we to find Luca's beautiful flat right across the bridge from all the action? The flat itself is spacious, quiet, great a/c, wireless, and the bed was very comfortable - exactly as advertised. She is not kidding about those stairs; it's only 3 flights, but be aware if you have mobility issues. One of the best surprises is the lovely petite plaza just a few steps away where you can get dinner, drinks, and some of the best gelato we had in Italy. If you are a bit crazy and drive to Florence, as we did, there is a great garage nearby where you can make advance reservations for the duration of your stay. Take my advice and park first and make the short walk back to the flat with your baggage; those streets are narrow!!! Perfect stay, friendly host, and a great value. Thank you, Luca.

This was our last AirBnB on a two-week trip and one of our two favorites. Location was priceless. It was very easy to walk everywhere, yet it was quiet and peaceful. The host was outstanding and communicated easily . We also arrived quite late and the directions to get inside were easy and it was not a problem to let ourselves in. The only thing to note for others is they say "second floor" but that is after one flight from street to first floor. Considering bags and any physical restrictions, it should be regarded as "three full flights of stairs" to climb. This was not easy for one of us with bags, so worth noting if this impacts you at all.

Please do yourself the favor and book this space immediately. To call the home a palace would be an understatement. As a constant traveler, this is easily the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect view of the Uffizi gallery and river Arno. A 2 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and many surrounding markets and Osteria’s. Frederico is an amazing host and now a good friend of ours. He accommodated us and was super patient when we were checking out. The home is extremely well curated with beautiful works of arts and sculptures. The living room area is a great big space with giant windows that can be opened and marble bath tub and shower. I will be dreaming of returning to see our friend Frederico in Florence very soon. He has a kind soul and was very warm with us. Side note: our favorite restaurant was the Osteria Toscanella. Only a 5 minute walk from the space. Please tell Tony from the Osteria that Richard and Geraldine from Texas say “Hola”!!! Everyone made us feel at home.

We loved Tommaso’s place. * Comfortable Queen-sized bed in the single bedroom. * Great bathroom compared to many rentals - good water pressure, small but sufficient shower that doesn’t leak, toilet flushes well. * Quiet quiet quiet at night! We’d thought this was impossible to find in Florence. * Not our usual mosquito problem. * Fantastic location There were only a few drawbacks: * The queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room, if you are more than two people, means you have no couch in the living room area. * Nice kitchen but just a dorm-sized mini fridge so less appropriate if you’re planning a lot of cooking. * Tommaso was somewhat hard to get hold of. Part of this is an Airbnb problem: Forcing people to communicate via the air bnb chat makes communication very slow and difficult. Overall, loved this apartment and location! We will definitely return.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We had a great stay here. The apartment is remarkably quiet but also so accessible and walkable to all the restaurants and ships in historic district. Apartment was spotless and had all modern appliances and fixtures. Bed was super comfy and Romina was so helpful with recommendations and arrangements. Would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment is located in a great location. If you love the book “Room with a View”, you are located overlooking Santa Croce! Getting up the staircase with heavy luggage is a good workout but well worth the effort. The host was very helpful, promptly providing recommendations to local places.

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Beautiful space in an excellent location. Management made sure we had everything we needed during the stay. The elevator was very helpful given we were travelling with an infant and the terrace was perfect. Caution for Drivers: This location is in a ZTL zone, which we were not able to use to drive in and parking in Florence outside of ZTL was very hectic, so recommend getting rid of a renta carl of you have one!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Florence! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had that authentic Italian charm you dream about—wooden beams, warm terracotta floors, and a tiny Juliet balcony overlooking the rooftops. Pure magic. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the Duomo, the Uffizi, and the Ponte Vecchio. Yet somehow, it felt tucked away and peaceful, like a local secret. We could pop out for a morning espresso and be back before the croissants cooled down. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat like a Florentine (pro tip: skip the tourist traps near the piazzas and follow their suggestions—you won’t regret it!). They even left us a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift. Grazie mille! If you’re visiting Florence and want a place that makes you feel like you live there—not just staying there—this is it. We booked this Airbnb last minute and it did not disappoint. The views of the Puente Vecchio are amazing. You are also in the middle of all the action with the best restaurants, shopping, museums jewelry stores, and historical buildings no more than 10 mins away. I want to give a special shout out to Matteo, Ciro, Alessandra and the rest of the team for being there for me. This group is practically a concierge service that will assist you in booking any restaurant, taxi, etc. They are truly above and beyond when it comes to service and caring for their guests.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!
