Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

In our country house, just 12 minutes from Angoulême, we invite you to stay in the 50 m2 private apartment that we had furnished for our children, recently completely renovated, equipped and carefully decorated. 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen with sofa bed and 1 shower room/toilet. Beautiful room with private hot tub.

Good moments of relaxation and calm with the family around the pool and jacuzzi in a green setting a few steps from Angoulême. A large dormitory-style bedroom that can accommodate up to 5 people with a 180 cm king-size bed, a 2-seater sofa bed, and a 90 cm bed. Bathroom and fitted kitchen. Private parking. We live right next door, but each has their own accommodation and entrance! We share the inner courtyard and garden.
