Chez nous, pas de superflu, juste un lieu tranquille restauré avec goût et simplicité : un accueil sincère, discret et respectueux dans un endroit paisible. Le coeur historique d'Angoulême, la Cité Internationale de la BD, et le paisible fleuve Charente vous tendent les bras. Alors, une petite halte chez nous, çà vous tente ? Nous OUI.

F1 entièrement rénové en décembre 2017, à côté de la maison , composé d'une chambre, d' une salle de bains ( douche, lavabo), d'un wc, d'un espace commun avec canapé BZ, coin cuisine et repas, frigo, plaque... grand terrain, piscine... près de la Charente, randonnée, église romane du 11ème.. Pour la saison estivale ( juillet août) notre location n'est pas adaptée aux longs séjours de vacances, c'est pourquoi nous ne donnerons pas suite aux demandes supérieures à 4 nuitées.

We have been holidaying for 7 years as a group of 18 people made up of 4 families. This is sometimes challenging as we need lots of space and areas. This year we booked quite early and we couldn’t have chosen better. Jean-Dominique has a wonderful home that was perfect and ticked all the boxes we required, Great size pool plenty of parking for more than 4 vehicles, A very well equipped kitchen, 5 clean and beautiful bathrooms. The outdoor space was huge and with scenic views & sunsets, he even let us have home grown fruit & vegetables from his garden & orchard. When there was a small issue with the pool he responded very quickly & had it sorted the next day.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Carol est très accueillante, les échanges sont faciles et elle est très réactive. Carol est de très bons conseils pour les choses à faire, elle nous a conseillé dés vignobles à visiter et a même appelé pour nous pour nous faciliter les réservations. Merci infiniment pour tout, c’était un vrai plaisir de découvrir votre region.

Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Paulette pour ce séjour au vert dans son petit paradis. Elle est aux petits soins pour s'assurer que l'on ne manque de rien et nous avons apprécié nos échanges. Le gîte est très bien équipé, confortable et accueillant, l'espace extérieur est super cosy et agréable...vous êtes a 15 min a vélo (prêté par Paulette) et 40 min à pied de la plage aménagée en bord de Charente avec animation et snacks, plusieurs balades à pied au départ du gîte. Angoulême a 25 min en voiture. Super séjour !

Nous avons loué la maison de Céline pour la 2e fois à l’occasion du festival de la BD d’Angoulême et notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison de Céline est chaleureuse, dans un quartier calme et rapidement accessible depuis le centre d’Angoulême en voiture. Elle correspondait très bien à nos besoins durant le festival.
