This unique house is close to everything. Sea, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, shopping mall are only 5 mins walk away. Although it us very central, it is in a very besutiful peaceful area, no traffic. It is surrended with a big garden. There are more than 10 different beaches around which u can reach with a car or public transport. Simply it us very unique house in a very unique location.

I have visited Fethiye a few times before but honestly think it is the best place we have ever stayed. The host (Deniz) is super friendly, easy to reach and proactive. The space was in a pristine condition, clean, well equipped and felt homely. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet and close to the shops places. I will definitely come back to this place next time I am in Fethiye. Highly recommended.

We came to this villa for the 2nd time, and it was another great family holiday. Inlice is a quiet village and a great place to relax and disconnect, while being only 10m drive from Gocek with its restaurants and shopping street. The house and the garden are in a very good condition, with everything necessary readily available. The host is very friendly and responsive, and happy to provide local recommendations (e.g. finding a boat for a day in the sea). Thank you Murat for hosting us!

The apartment takes 2 floors, everything was good, decent rooms and a great common room for everything with almost everything you need (except for shampoo and toothpaste). The location is good: close to the promenade along the sea, about 30-40 minutes to sightseeing and cafes area and about an hour walk in the other direction from the beach (the walk would be very pleasant). Thank you for this nice place, it was very comfy and cosy.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Ahmets Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders toll war die ruhige Lage – perfekt zum Entspannen auf dem Balkon in der Sonne oder am Pool – und das Meer war in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Supermärkte und alles, was man braucht, war schnell zu erreichen. Ahmet und seine Familie waren unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Sie wollten uns sogar auf einen Kaffee einladen – leider hat es zeitlich nicht geklappt, aber das holen wir beim nächsten Mal definitiv nach! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Современный многоэтажный жк (что очень отличается от недвижимости в Турции), но при этом территория очень симпатичная, с бассейном. В этой квартире можно остаться на долгий период определенно! Wifi, светлая гостиная с кухней, спальня. Все сделано со вкусом. Небольшая веранда с видом на горы. Очень доброжелательный лэрдлорд. При нашем выезде оставил нам под дверью небольшие вкусняшки:) Очень рекомендуем эти апартаменты и этого лэндлорда:)

Taner was always very quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, right from before booking to after our stay. He was there to meet us on arrival and showed us around his wonderful villa. For us as a family of 3 adults it was the perfect location. We are regular visitors to Turkey so specifically wanted this area. We would definitely stay here again.

Merkeze göre sakin ve huzurluydu. Merkeze inince yaşanan bunaltıcı sıcaklık evin konumunda yaşanmıyor. Ev görsellerdekiyle aynı. Fazlasıyla rahat ve konforluydu. Havuzun büyüklüğü de gayet iyiydi. 6 yetişkin 3 çocuk olarak fazlasıyla rahat ettiğimiz ve eğlenebildiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Recep Beye ilgi ve alakası için teşekkür ederiz.

4 gece konakladığımız evde her şey ilanda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Eve girişte bizi temizlik kokusu karşıladı. Gece geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen Arife hanım hiç sorun etmeyerek bizi bekleyip evi teslim etti. Evin bulunduğu sitenin genel görünümü çok huzurlu ve güvenliydi. Mutfak araç gereçleri yeterli sayıdaydı ve tertemizdi. Evde klima (2 adet), saç kurutma makinesi, elektrikli süpürge, ütü ve ütü masası gibi eşyalar çalışır şekilde mevcuttu. Çarşaflar, havlular ve örtüler temiz ve yeterli sayıdaydı. Arife hanım çıkış saatinde de oldukça esneklik sağladı, hiç yorulmadan valizlerimizi hazırlayıp rahatça çıkış yapabildik. Tatilimiz öncesinde ve esnasında hep ulaşılabilir olduğu için Arife hanıma çok teşekkür ediyoruz 🙏🏻 Önümüzdeki tatillerimizde de kendisini tercih etmeyi umuyoruz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir. Her şey için çok teşekkürler 🌸

We had a great stay. The apartment is at the marina end of the foreshore which was perfect for us. It was also in a local neighbourhood rather than a tourist hotspot, which we prefer. The place was as described and very clean. It was great to have access to a washing machine & clothes horse. Thanks for a great stay Enes.
