Every detail in the stone villa restored with its special architecture in Kayaköy, the holiday resort with the historical value of Fethiye, is designed to add value to your holiday. All furniture and wooden elements in the villa are specially made of juniper wood; THE POOL WATER IS A SPECIAL SALT SYSTEM. Each room has a bathroom-shower section and its own terrace. Our villa is designed to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The maximum capacity is 4 adults. The pool is suitable for use for 12 months; there is no heating system.

A delightful holiday experience awaits you in our apartment with panoramic city views in the center of Fethiye. You can enjoy the unique view of Fethiye bay while sipping your drink in our jacuzzi. There is a balcony area of approximately 70 square meters in our apartment with 4 bedrooms. Thanks to the bathroom and toilet located on both floors, 2 families can spend a very comfortable holiday independent of each other. We aim to turn your holiday into an ordeal pleasure with its private parking location on the Oludeniz road.

You can relax with your family and friends in our place in peaceful nature and have pleasant moments in its spacious garden... Note: During the winter season (11/01/2025-03/31/2026), our villa's swimming pool is active and will continue to operate, but there is no heating system in our pool. Our aim is to keep it clean and looking nice. Of course, our guests can swim if they wish. Towels, slippers, blankets, duvets and portable convector heaters will be provided for your comfort in winter mode.

Our apartment has everything you need. You only need to bring your luggage and personal belongings. Migros, a bakery, a patisserie and a pharmacy are within a 5-minute walk of our apartment. The public transportation route is also within walking distance. It is 15 km from Ölüdeniz Beach and 6 km from Çalış Beach. The pool in our apartment is shared. We kindly ask our guests to leave the house tidy and clean and to wash the kitchen utensils they have used.
