Note: During the winter season (11/01/2025-03/31/2026), our villa's swimming pool is active and will continue to operate, but there is no heating system in our pool. Our goal is to be clean and look nice. Of course, our guests can swim if they wish. Towels, slippers, blankets, duvets and portable convector heaters will be provided for your comfort in winter mode.

Our apartment is located in the marina in the heart of Fethiye. Fethiye's largest square is in Beşkaza. Its most important feature is the unique sea view. Our apartment, which is in a new building with an elevator, has many appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron to meet your needs. It has 1 sea view and 1 normal double bedroom, 1 living room (2 people can stay) and a bathroom with 24-hour hot water.

The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.
