Waterfront vacation rentals in Fethiye

We were completely satisfied, super communication and very reliable, villa corresponds to the pictures. We arrived late at the property, but everything went smoothly and without stress or problems with the landlord. The host was very friendly, you are directly informed about forgotten property at check-out and find a solution. We are happy to recommend the villa and would come back ourselves.

The location of the house is central, we did not have any problems with the parking lot. Cleanliness and order were sufficient. The host has given the confidence that they are friendly, caring, and reachable in case of any need. Even though checkout was at 11, she didn't break our request and tolerated another 1 hour. I would like to point out that there is an alcoholic space below the first floor apartment and welcomes guests to late hours. Guests may make noise at late hours. Thanks for everything.

After arriving late at night it was easy to find once in side the complex,we had perfect relaxing stay with everything that we could require,and we will definitely be returning, it is in the perfect location with pool outside balcony and right by the beach and just a short stroll up to Calis strip with lots of shops and restaurants also along the promenade.

We couldn't have predicted that this holiday we had with 2 nights of nisam would be so good for us. The first day, we visited the bays of Fethiye and went to the house. (It offered flexible hours, and we preferred to spend time outside.) Don't hesitate about the deprivation of the house. It was as it appeared in the pictures, and we were even surprised that it was so big, you can come to 2 people and have a peaceful holiday comfortably. Everything has been considered in the finest detail. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the house and discovered the center of the city in the evening, and the location of the house is really great, very close to the beach, shopping mall, grocery stores, pharmacies. In a word, we loved it, Fethiye will definitely be our foxy jump point and our house to stay will always be here. Thanks for everything

we cannot thank Ms. Seray enough for the 4 days we lived as if she were a household member, not her guest they started a business full of looped labor from the door to the room. Comfortable townhouse with all the necessities. Delicious English breakfast on-site. Own private beach at the lagoon with no waves which was a disadvantage for us.

As a sea lover, it was pleasant to open my eyes to the sea view when I woke up in the morning.🩵 The Devrim Bey's house, which I preferred due to its location, was peaceful.One of the things I paid ⚓️ most attention to, the linens were spotless and ironed.🫧 A thoughtfully prepared house.💐

We stayed in Onur's house for 10 days. The house is large and comfortable, two bedrooms upstairs and a large hall and kitchen downstairs. There are air conditioners in each room, everything is clean and comfortable. The large pool in the yard is only at our disposal. There is a large park for children nearby, we really liked it, we walked every day. Downstairs there is a store and a large Migros nearby. We went to the beach by dolmus, to the old town too, very convenient, stops nearby. Onur helped us get from the airport, met us at the stop and also drove us on the way back. He always responded immediately to messages and helped us with many questions. His family is also very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we recommend the apartment!

We found Bayram's villa just as described if not better - modern, very spacious, clean and very comfortable for a couple. As stated in previous reviews, the beach is only 300 meters down the hill and Kabak Bay is truly picturesque and much quieter compared to Butterfly Valley or Ölideniz beaches. The bus stop is a few minute walk up the road and buses to Ölüdeniz and Fethiye leave every hour. We absolutely loved our stay here, it was four relaxing days and just what we needed. Bayram is a very kind and responsive host. He kindly agreed for us to check out later and on top of that offered us a free lift to Fathiye where we had to catch a bus to our next destination. We'll definitely come back if we find ourselves in this neck of the woods again. THANK YOU.
