We stayed with our Kopeg. The house is within walking distance to the sea, the garden entrance and the comfort of the house are enough for us to leave satisfied. It is worth noting that everything is clean and sufficient for those who are considering the accommodation.

Perfect location. Wonderful for families, couples or singles alike. Apartment was very comfortable with all amenities needed for a lovely stay including a built in BBQ! Lots of space around the various pools & always a sun bed available - whether at the pool or the beach. Happy to highly recommend Sunset Beach Resort.

My stay with Eylül was absolutely delightful. The place is simple yet full of charm, quiet, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s ideally located, just a short walk from the gondola for paragliders and scenic hiking trails around the mountain. You’ll also find great restaurants and supermarkets just minutes away on foot. Anna is very friendly , she was there for us whenever we asked her of anything . the flat is just perfect with a very nice swimming pool . the kitchen is nice as well equipped . i’d say the only disadvantage was a lack of iron and the internet was a bit slow . Kayakoy is very quiet and beautiful yet a little far from Oludeniz and Fethyie ‘ i’d recommend renting a car ‘ . if i to go to Kayakoy again , then definitely i’d pick the same place without hesitation . The house was as it appeared in the visuals, most of what we needed was available. They responded quickly and helped us right away if we needed anything. The house was quite clean, there wasn't even dust anywhere that didn't look like it. The depth and cleanliness of the pool was nice. The dogs in the garden were very sweet, even if you are afraid of the dog, you can easily choose, not in a way that will disturb you. Kayaköy is located, the roads are very winding, but the fact that it is close to the dead sea and the center makes this overlook. There are many restaurants in Kayaköy itself, you can choose for accommodation. Overall, we are very satisfied.

We stayed here for 2 days in November. Rooms are spacious and gets heated easily. Eylul was a very proactive host and responsive as well. Just a note, keep water bottles with you, tap water is drinkable but I generally don't prefer. Also there's no body soap, no shampoo nothing. Bathroom space is very small, mostly it's just tiny space right beside the toilet, which I didn't like but other than that good. You may find better places then this but her garden is too good. I enjoyed the stay other than some small inconveniences.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! Great location, wonderful hosts, and a beautiful swimming pool.

This house has a small garden, the scenery is really nice, and then the road to go out is very beautiful, there is a convenience store around, the host and local people are very good attitude, I didn't find a way to guide me at the beginning. It was a little late for some reasons, and then the host was waiting for us inside the house and we also sent the comforter and bed. The room was very sunny, the temperature was also very nice, and it was clean, but it was a little further away from the station, but I could go out to the Mini bus, and in general, it was more recommended.
