Beach house vacation rentals in Fairfield

This was a nice and peaceful place to stay, go paddle boarding (we brought our own boards, enjoy the quiet area, and the best perk was the furo. I was a bit bummed that the weather was not as good as the weekend before we came but that’s nothing the host could control. Hilary was very helpful and super responsive. She even let us use her tide waves book which was very helpful for us. Definitely a lovely stay.

parents first AirB&B, and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. they felt safe and right at home. great communication, helpful tips with larger vehicles and the limited parking space available [comes with all living experience from what I saw everywhere]. answered all questions, gave recommendations for outings and was an all around great host. would stay here again if I go back.

Jun’s place was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable and being just a block away from the beach was a great perk. Highly recommend it to anyone coming for a visit in SF.

This home was perfect for our group! Every year we book a place large enough for 5-13 people and spend a week together to ring in the new year. This was easily one of the best places we've stayed in! Lots of kitchen supplies, fun activities, clean towels and blankets, amazing instructions and manual made everything super easy, and Jules was incredibly responsive!! Couldn't ask for a better host or a better house!

This is a very well located property within walking distance of the beach, multiple coffee shops, and spectacular parks. We were able to go on multiple hikes on the Lands End Trail and rent an e-bike to cruise through Golden Gate Park. There aren’t a ton of restaurants immediately around the property but you don’t have to walk more than 20 mins to get to some good options. The property itself was comfortable. Loved being able to sleep with the windows open in the middle of the summer and the patio out back was nice in the evenings. My only “complaints” (if you can call them that) are that the showers are a little cramped (probably not unusual in urban SF), and the place is noisier than I’m used to at night being on a corner lot (nothing that ear plugs and white noise didn’t drown out). All in all, great value and location.

Took the kids for a weekend of stargazing and kayaking. Absolutely fabulous location for both! Staying in the Delta was a new experience, and we loved it. The house was everything advertised and more. We particularly enjoyed the telescope, even though we never found the comet that was supposed to be out. Looking forward to coming back again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The walkability to the ocean and Golden Gate Park were absolutely perfect for us. We appreciated the communication and ease of check-in and check-out. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Loved this little bungalow on the hill! The place is super relaxing and quiet. It’s simple, yet had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to Good Earth grocery, Equator coffee, and Hook Fish restaurant. Perfect for exploring the hiking trails of Marin. Would definitely stay again!

Great studio apartment, very comfortable bed, large kitchen, quick hot water in the shower. Was traveling for work and this little place checked all of the boxes.

A great place to stay with lots of supplies. We especially loved the kitchen and location- how walkable it was to things to do. I loved walking to south shore in my free time or for coffee. The driveway was a bit narrow if you have a larger SUV, but you can still get in and out. It felt like a home away from home as there was evidence of family memories made there. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and we would definitely stay again.

Larry and Ana's place was the best Airbnb we've ever stayed at! The house was so well kept, the house contained every item you could think of and the backyard was so peaceful. Check-in was very easy and Larry and Ana responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was perfect for all our adventures we had planned, Ocean beach, Alcatraz, the Exploratorium, the San Francisco Zoo and the San Francisco Aquarium. We definitely would like to return. Our family of 4 had the best time!

This was my second time staying at Jessica's place - this time I brought my two kids, my mom, husband, and a dog! It was absolutely perfect for our group. I love the outer sunset - the restaurants and chill coffee spots. Jessica's place was easy to park and easy to get to all the things we wanted to do in the bay area. Jessica had many kid friendly amenities and the house was very comfortable for all of us. It was well equipped for cooking and relaxing! I will likely try to stay there again in the future!

Miriam was the best host I’ve dealt with. The place is beautiful and in a very nice and safe area. Everything was spotless in the house when we got there. It was a very short walk to a really nice cafe. She was also very accommodating of all of our requests. Parking is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things!

Where to begin with Alan's rental! Spacious beautiful home with an enormous kitchen and a very modern gas stove. Another reviewer made mention of no coffee maker, but it was not the case when I rented. Super close to one of Alameda's main streets (Park Street) and a shopping area called The Marketplace, having grocery food stalls including a bakery and a coffee shop. Super convenient to public transit with connecting services to anywhere in the Bay Area. Also included is central air which kept the house cozy in either hot or cool weather. An enclosed garage for the front unit where I was staying, and off-street parking for the other unit. Alan lives really close and was on the spot with the few questions I had. And the Bathroom! Fully surrounded clawfoot tub with great water pressure. I cannot forget to mention the Toyo Washlet. Heated washing and drying to keep your tooshie ultra fresh and clean. And two words say i

I had such a lovely stay at this unique top-floor Airbnb in Alameda! Nestled right by the lagoon, the location was peaceful and scenic, with gorgeous light filtering through the windows all day. The space had this wonderful artsy, hippy-aunt energy — full of character, cozy nooks, eclectic decor, and little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. It’s the kind of place that invites you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy a good book or a walk by the water. Super comfortable, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Alameda itself is a charming escape just outside the bustle of SF, and this spot was the perfect base for exploring. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something with heart and soul. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This was a prefect spot for my mom’s birthday celebration vacation with my sisters. It is super close to public transit, extremely clean, the host promptly responded to our questions during the stay, was very helpful in recommending things to do in San Francisco using the public transit, helped us park our rental car in the driveway, and the communication was perfect! This place looks just like the pictures and in a great location ! We will definitely recommend to our friends and family and would stay again the next time we are in the area! LOVED Leslie's home. We felt instantly at home and just loved being in her art & plant-filled space. Excellent instructions & comfortable bed. Very cool backyard. Leslie was beyond accommodating and helpful during our stay. Would 1000% recommend and hope to return!!

Stupendous house. Beautiful, comfortable, kid-friendly. Kitchen fully stocked and every other room was perfectly appointed. When I came upon a room in the basement, it was a gold mine of kids' books and board games. Treehouse is lovely. The primary suite is gorgeous...so much sun and views everywhere. We loved it and I wish I lived there.
