Xfinity high speed Internet, eero 6+ mesh Wi-Fi router. Free Netflix movies. Uber and Uber Eat are also convenient here.

We offer “your place on a hill” in a very desirable neighborhood. Walk to Castro, Noe Valley, Mission, MUNI Metro and BART. This space offers an efficient European style kitchen with a Smart Oven, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, queen bed, comfortable couch and multi-use table. There is free parking for one car available. Your hosts, John and Jody live upstairs and are available quite often to answer any of your questions but we will respect your privacy. We appreciate a no-shoe policy.

Bedroom is completely private and faces the back yard with private entrance. Host lives onsite, but bedroom is closed off from the flat. 5 blocks from Glen Park BART Station. Street parking is easy- you can park all day long. Street cleaning is every other week and on different sides of the street.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.
