Great affordable pet friendly option! The stairs are definitely a workout but it's a really cool historical building. The apartment was clean and quiet, laundry facilities right in the unit. Jay was extremely responsive when I had issues finding the apartment and he runs the restaurant/store downstairs and lives right down the hallway so he's always available to help with anything. He answered all of my questions right away and was very courteous. I felt it was a really good value for what we needed and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. The only issue we had that was not the fault of our host whatsoever is that there is only one small area off-site down the street to let our dogs use the bathroom in the neighborhood, and the other people in the area don't clean up after their dogs which makes navigating the small grassy area very challenging. Just something to keep in mind for pet owners, again not related whatsoever to the unit or the host.

Great apartment and terrific downtown location with choice of restaurants and stores in neighborhood. Exceedingly welcoming and responsive hosts. Highly recommended.

We were in town for work, and stumbled across this property as we were trying to find a place to stay in Sibley. It was clean, safe and comfortable, and very centrally located! Thank you so much - we would love to stay there again!

100% would recommend Nancy's place 💜 immaculately clean, had anything you could ever need labeled and stocked. that lake view is unbeatable not to mention her hospitality. space was very very relaxing and comfy! can't wait to come back to the area and start there again!
