Quiet location within Spencer. Large main family space where bedroom are also generous. Kitchen fully functional with everything you might need. We were so happy here during our stay. Extremely comfortable for our family. Will be looking to stay here again. Better than the Holiday Inn even if they provide breakfast. Thank you Connie for sharing your home for those of us needing a home away from home!

A great place for our family to stay at for a long weekend. Not too far from the bigger towns, easy access to the house. Pat responded in a timely manner and answered any questions we had! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for some peace and quiet.

This is was our third time staying at April's place. We rented the house and the suite, and it was perfect for a large family gathering.

it was a short stay, but the place was very welcoming! Honestly probably one of the most welcoming airbnb's I've stayed at so far. She provided us with a little welcoming bottle of wine & a smore's kit! The patio that goes out to the lake was gorgeous! I wish we could have stayed longer. I think it would feel very cozy in the wintertime.

Everything was great! Our family loves coming here. The mini horses are so fun.

this was an amazing find! had everything we needed, provided excellent coffee for us, everything was clean! cozy! and a perfect space for everything we needed at a cost that was more than half of what we anticipated spending. this really made our trip more than we anticipated in all ways! got to meet the host and he was excellent!

It was exactly what my husband and I wanted. We live in the city, so being able to see the stars at night was amazing. Melissa’s place was cozy and made us feel at home. She suggested the Lost Island Cornerstore and cafe, we went for breakfast and it was the best small town experience, made us want to come back for future visits!

My second stay at Zack’s! It’s a great place and he is highly responsive! Close to town and just far enough way to get that country feel. I’ll be staying again for sure!

Great apartment and terrific downtown location with choice of restaurants and stores in neighborhood. Exceedingly welcoming and responsive hosts. Highly recommended.
