Erin's condo was hands down the best place we've stayed thus far! My family absolutely enjoyed the space very much. You will not a single thing staying here, aside from food and drink. We cooked every single day, and really enjoyed the grill. The views are so beautiful and relaxing. The pool and beach area are so perfect for kids to enjoy, even adults! Johnson Beach was a few short miles down the road, we were able to watch the Blue Angels practice show from there. (This was a scheduled practice, check their calendar). We are already planning our next trip back to this amazing condo. The Pointe Restaurant has amazing food and friendly service if you get out and want to eat. Erin was super responsive to all texts, we had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you again, Erin, for being so kind and courteous. We look forward to staying again.

Easy to find and located in a great area. The kitchen was stocked. The pool area made it an easy option to stay local and access to the beach is virtually across the street.

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

I can not say enough about Amy and the place my family stayed at while on vacation in Pensacola. Amy was very responsive whenever we had a question. She also did a great job making recommendations. The place was exactly as described in the listing. They went above and beyond and had a brand new pack and play delivered for our younger son. We will absolutely be going back this stay with Amy the next time we are in town.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful quick vacation! The hosts were very responsive. Shuttle was very convenient and the hosts list of surrounding things to do!

The host was beyond helpful! The place was so much better in person than in the pictures. It is a very nice area with little to no noise. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We were seeking a one-week, relaxing beach retreat for our family of four, that offered a quieter environment away from large tourist crowds, and this location met those expectations. The residence was well-equipped with utensils, cooking tools, beach gear, and ample space. Its convenient location provided easy access to the beach and swimming pool. With a rental car, we were able to grocery shop, take the kids for ice cream, and visit Navarre for the day. We utilized the shuttle for the beach (required), and the gulf cart to get to the pool and a couple restaurants within the area. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation- we would stay here again!

My family enjoyed our stay at this downtown Pensacola townhouse. The space was extremely clean, and the location is walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping. We heard a little bit of street noise on Friday night, but otherwise it was very quiet. This is a three-story townhouse with one bedroom on the first floor, the kitchen and living area on the second floor, and a large main bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. I appreciate that cleanup was minimal and all we had to do was take out the trash. Note that the thermostat temperatures are not adjustable. (You might be able to message the property management and ask to change the temperature, though -- we didn't try.) I highly recommend this property for easy access to downtown!

Lisha was very quick responding to any questions. She was very polite and professional. We loved the townhome and the ability to do laundry in privacy. Has full kitchen that is stocked with cookware if you want to cook yourself. Has roku TV if you want to sign into your streaming services. Area was really quiet. Never heard any neighbors. There is also a Polaroid camera and notebook that you can use to leave a picture and note. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect home for our young family of 6. The dishwasher wasn't usable, but they were on top of communication around it- we understand things happen. They tried to make the value up in other ways which was appreciated. Everything was walkable and not crazy busy which was awesome. They had other fun things in the garage to do which my kids (all 5 and under) loved. Basketball, air hockey, lots of toys to bring to the beach, chairs, etc. Thank you!

Paul was one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had! Our trip went off without a hitch. The Airbnb was clean, in a prime location, and the perfect stay for our weekend vacation at the beach. Paul was communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone thinking about staying in the Perdido area.

we really enjoyed staying here. had a great amount of space, quiet, peaceful, had everything we needed down to laundry pods. the biggest thing that stood out to us was how CLEAN it was! that’s always been the most important thing to me and the place was spotless! whoever cleans it does an amazing job. we had no issues at all, host was super responsive and even let us check out an hour late which we really appreciated! I will say, if you can’t sleep on super soft beds, sleep on the sofa bed or master because the guest room bed was extremely soft like to the point you sink in and your back will hurt, but my group ended up just switching rooms and we were ok. If we’re ever back in the area in the future, we’d book again, thank you!

This was a great stay! The condo is right by the pool so when we had to take a break from the heat with our 6 week old, we sat on the porch and felt like we were still vibing by the pool! The tiki bar is a great addition to the fun! Lots of nice people just having a good time!

Very nice place. Layout for us was just what we were looking for. You could just walk right in from the parking lot. You had everything you needed for your stay. Appliances were top notch. Very clean. Pleasurable to sit on the couch and look outside two big windows. Sitting area in the back had privacy. Stocked with kitchen accessories. The stairs going up were nice big wide stairs. There was a beautiful king bed with a full nice size bathroom. You had two big tv’s down and up. Close to gas stations, restaurants and stores. The Pensocola Beach was very close by. There where beach accessories to take with you. So accommodating. Host was great. Responded quick. We will be back and tell others about this place.

10/10. Karen is an amazing host! Super sweet and responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and clean very calm and quiet neighborhood. The home was very spacious and their pool was huge ! Home was very well kept and cleaned.

So much to be said about this lovely host & her beautiful home. Any questions that I had she responded quickly (before & during our stay). This home is clean and Jackie pays attention to everything you could possibly need in her home, very much needed in today’s world. This home is in a peaceful area not far from beaches. Jackie thank you for caring it shows in your home. It was 5 of us here and the layout of the home was very spacious. So much to do with the activities she has provided. The pictures are true but the comfort is way better. We would definitely stay in her home again. We felt at home in your home. Thank you Jackie 😊

This place was just like the pictures. It was perfect for my group since it was 4 of us. It had two rooms, each with its own bathroom ghat gave us that privacy we needed. The back patio was very cute and it was just a very great experience.

We so enjoyed our stay this year on our yearly trip to Pensacola. That was in large part due to Gabrielle’s townhouse and her thoughtfulness in providing so many little extras that truly make you feel welcome. She allows guests to use some of her doggy supplies including bowls, has a very well stocked kitchen, a provision of toilet paper, toothpaste, paper towels, certain refrigerated condiments, spices, an impressive selection of games including a multi purpose dining table as shown in pics. Nice TV’s, spacious rooms, and very friendly neighbors make this an excellent place to come to again and again! We will definitely be back!
