Cliff’s place was perfect! We were there to watch our son compete in a college golf tournament. His place is right on the golf course. Check in was a breeze! He was very accommodating with anything we needed. Best host ever!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

We loved the house! It was in a great location, with easy access to the bridge to the beach. The nearby restaurant “NOLA” had amazing seafood. Perfect! The home was well stocked with bedding, dishes, and toilet items including towels. There are also shampoo/soap, hair dryers, lots more than I anticipated. As I am old, I would have loved the security of safety-type bars in the master shower. BYOBeach towels to be polite. (We did). Kitchen supplies are good, but we ate out. If you need a LOT of electrical outlets in bedrooms, you may want to bring a power strip. Oh, and they have filtered water! The swing on the front porch was a Godsend. Great for when family stopped by for a visit. Only real problem was the thermostat which kept resetting itself back its original settings every few hours. Warmer than we were used to due to humidity. Absolutely fantastic house—We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The upscale furnishings and attention to details made this feel better than home, and the airiness of the space was refreshing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. If you are visiting someone at NAS (8 min) and want easy access to the white sands beach (30 min), look no further. Highly recommend!

James and Ashley were outstanding in their communication. I have stayed at some amazing places, James and Ashley set the bar to a whole new level. They have everything you need and more, everything is thought of for your convenience. This place was extremely clean, with a big swimming pool and nicely fenced in backyard. Quick access to groceries. Easy in and out.

Our family enjoyed the location and amenities. The place was very comfortable and furnished. Everything we needed had been thought out and provided.

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

Beautiful, comfortable and neatly decorated house in a safe neighborhood. Our family of 7 plus 2 friends were enjoyed our stay; I cooked several meals and found plenty of cookware. Dishes and glasses are beautiful. House is centrally located and easy accessible to everything we needed to do in Pensacola. Beach is 20 minutes to the beach and the roads are great.

The house was great! Everything we were looking for and in the absolute best neighborhood in Pensacola. So lucky it was available on short notice.

I will be staying here again. I literally have relatives who live a few doors down. I remember when these homes were built and have always felt at home in that area. We now live elsewhere, but came in town for Thanksgiving and hosted family here in this home. it was perfect for our gathering.

David was very responsive to us, the place was great! Just like the pictures. We enjoyed every aspect ranging from 7 years old to 63 years old. We loved the amenities like pickleball and loved being so close to the beach.

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this condo! What we loved: There are only 81 condos at Phoenix 8 which means quick elevators and less people! We played tennis every day! We watched dolphins in the early morning off of our balcony. Great view and easy beach access. Ike’s beach service was great! We loved the comfy condo to come back to after playing in the sun. We really enjoyed the bay view also on the opposite side as we got in the elevators every morning. It sure was beautiful to see the sun rise over the bay as well. This condo was very nicely updated. We have stayed in other Phoenix condos and really enjoyed this visit best! It would be nice to know the softness of the beds when booking. Everyone likes something different. The master bed is a firm bed. We would book again!

My family and I loved this condo. My 6 yr old didn’t want to leave and thought it was the most beautiful home! Fantastic view, clean and spacious- will absolutely be back!

Enjoyed our stay at Patty’s place, she was very helpful when we ran into some minor issues at the house. The place it’s just like the pictures, short walk to the pool, the club house by the beach was a plus with the shuttle service. Overall everything was great!

This spacious condo exceeded expectations and offered the perfect family getaway. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a fully equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The resort amenities were outstanding — multiple pools, a lazy river, on-site mini golf, boat rentals, and a fantastic restaurant made it easy to enjoy every moment without leaving the property. The condo’s balcony had a direct view of the lazy river, allowing us to feel part of the fun even while relaxing. A highlight of our stay was the Wednesday night Luau — a lively, well-organized event with music and dancing that the whole family loved. Overall, this condo provided an ideal mix of relaxation and entertainment, and I highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a resort-style vacation with all the comforts of home.

Dear Caribe Resort (and charming Dustin), We’re in love. Your 3-bed, 3-bath condo stole our hearts—so spacious, so close to the elevators, and that assigned parking spot? A dream. The pools (yes, three!) were always clean and refreshing, and even your poolside bathrooms were immaculate—who does that?! The mini golf course just off the balcony brought endless entertainment, and the AC was strong—like our feelings for this place. And Dustin, our vacation knight, was always quick to help when needed. You gave us rest, fun, and minor jealousy that we don’t live here full time. We’d return in a heartbeat. Forever fond, Your Vacation Soulmates ❤️

The location of this condo is so close to the beach. Everything we needed for a fun day at the beach was provided- umbrella, chairs, sand toys, water toys and beach towels. The house was perfect for our family! Clean, quiet and relaxing! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. Highly recommend!!
