We had a wonderful stay at Aleix’s charming house. Upon arrival, Aleix gave us a warm welcome, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. The house is tucked away behind a narrow path, easier to navigate than it looks, with ample parking. The property is clean and well-maintained. The pool is perfect for small swims, and the house features a spotless, fully equipped kitchen with thoughtful amenities like a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, blender, tea, olive oil, professional knife sets and more. The cozy bedrooms have charming double beds, and the couch can convert into a comfortable bed. A covered area behind the house includes a large table, washing machine, and wood supply for the modern chimney. Roosters and cats added charm to the property. Morning mist glowing through tall trees was magical. Aleix was kind, communicative, and provided excellent tips. Highlights included the Esperanza bar and Santanyi market. Highly recommended!

The stay was great! The house is close to water in a nice quiet town with good options for food and groceries. Beautiful sunsets, clean home, comfortable bed. It was a great time for my family.

Everything was good, located in a nice city. We enjoyed free coffee with milk and biscuits. Nice to have a balcony. The only drawbacks were creacking bath doors. Also there was a city pay which we were told about only when we arrived. Other suspicious thing was that we were asked to give our passports and host took pictures and asked for our adress. That is strange, because I already uploaded all that information to airbnb, so if we had done something bad she could have reported to airbnb and got that info.

We were there in the preseason. 80% of the waterfront shops and places were closed and there were hardly any tourists on the island. The apartment directly on the water included a parking space (for a small fee). So we were always able to park our rental car there and didn't have to look for a parking space. Perfect in the main season. In the village of Sant Jordi there are a lot of "dilapidated" or "run-down" buildings in the side streets. We didn't enjoy it so much. Within walking distance was a several kilometers long sandy beach. There you could hike for hours. However, you could not get to the hinterland. The entire coastal area was locked with a fence. It was accessible 10m - 30m along the water. In the village itself there is a small marina, a wide sandy beach and no large hotels. Very pleasant.
