Around the corner, the fields for recreation begin. The old castle is within walking distance in 20 minutes, with a magnificent view. For active vacationers, Bamberg is the ideal starting point for bike tours in the Steigerwald and Franconian Switzerland with its castles and caves. The cities of Nuremberg, Würzburg, Rothenburg are worth a day trip.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Franconian culinary delicacies or nearby breweries offer various inns/guest houses in the immediate vicinity or surroundings in Hersbruck Switzerland or Franconian Switzerland. The Happurger reservoir is also very nice.
