Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Charming Villa, tastefully renovated, a spacious kitchen, a large luminous stay open on a living room the whole with beautiful height under ceiling, woodwork, parquet... Upstairs 4 large rooms including 2 with balcony and one with bathtub on feet as well as a bathroom and a dormitory for 6 persons. The lodging can accommodate up to 12 people. The exceptional view of the terrace on the Benedictine abbey erected on the Montglonne overlooking the Loire of its fifty meters will enchant you...

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

This is my secondary home, 100% equipped ☺️ Near the village (all shops within walking distance: restaurants, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco press, Intermarché/Biocoop open on Sunday mornings...). Near Erdre (5-10 min walk), a path will take you to Parc de la Roseraie (near Beaujoire) or Chantrerie! Public transport: bus 75, chronobus C6 and tram line 1. Car: north access via A11 and south via the ring road. 1 secure underground spot 🤗 No parties allowed!

The house is located on the hillsides offering the best view of the area. Panoramic view of the Loire Valley… close to the village (10 min). 220 m2 of space… huge terrace, south-facing, deckchairs, comfort… piano… accommodation for two to 8 people… tennis court (average condition) just to hit the ball… access to a wood in the garden, well-equipped kitchen, barbecue, pets allowed, offers good restaurants in the village, canoeing, open-air café…

Enjoy the charming setting of this romantic boat in downtown Nantes, in front of Île Versailles. Small boat but very cozy, the bed is located in the main room. You will find the same thing inside as in the photos. A kitchen, a bed, a sofa bed, the captain's bunk in the back. A small bathroom with shower and dry toilet (important accuracy). The roof of the boat is accessible and represents a beautiful surface overlooking the Erdre

Come and discover our "Woody"! For a short or extended stay, it is comfortable, welcoming and has a private garden, quiet from its cul-de-sac. It can accommodate a variety of guests, nature lovers with walks along the Erdre 200 m away or city dwellers with nearby transport (tram 1, tram train, bus 86 and bus E5).

Equipped with a kitchen (fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine) and a comfortable bed for two people. Bathroom fitted with a small bathtub . It is located in an old building, in a small condominium .
