Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

A great stay with a great location in the heart of everything and in a beautiful quiet residence to discover Nantes and its surroundings, the sea 1 hour away and the countryside and its castles half an hour away! Parking for the car is a major asset. Again, thank you for this beautiful discovery.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment with a pleasant terrace and tastefully decorated. Well located with all the useful shops within walking distance as well as transport to reach the hyper-center quickly. Nicolas gave us a very good welcome. I would recommend it in a second!

Very convenient accommodation and ideal for visiting Nantes on foot and/or by transport as you can leave the car in the private parking lot of the accommodation. Clean and quiet. Perfect for a couple and two other people or two couples. It was impeccable for a weekend in the heart of Nantes. (Big + for the Jardin des Plantes just across the street and the bars a few streets away for festive evenings)

Being in Nantes a few times in the year we were able to rent a few accommodations on the site, Marie-Victoire's is our favorite! Far from apartments that can be impersonal, bordering on a hotel (no judgments if that's what you're looking for!), this home is welcoming and filled with beautiful energy. We'll be back for sure.

Very well arranged and furnished accommodation. A 5-minute walk from the tram, we are in the center in a few minutes. Communication with Élise is pleasant and efficient.

We came to two adults and two children to Ruth's apartment to go to the machines in Nantes. Very good communication with Ruth, the apartment is well arranged, quiet despite a few windows on the street. It is ideally placed to go to the island of Nantes.

Excellent stay in Hélène's place. True to the photographs, very clean and very well equipped, it allowed us to enjoy good family time with our 18-month-old daughter. Hélène has baby equipment available to us, which we enjoyed very much. She was quick to answer any questions we may have. We recommend it!

This was a perfect spot for us to explore. We rented a car and being able to park was important. It was really easy to follow Julie's instructions to check-in and to find the parking space. The apartment is perfectly curated for a comfortable stay. If you don't have a car, the bus line out front also takes you directly into the city centre.

Passing Le Puy du Fou, 20 minutes away, pleasant and well-equipped accommodation. Perfect for resting before and after. Recommended 👍
