Our apartment is perfectly situated in Petit Maroc, the oldest neighbourhood in Saint Nazaire. From the living room, you can watch the canal lock in operation and the boats (boat movements). You can get to all the tourist attractions of the city, the beach and heart of the city, Place du Commando, on foot or by bike. With a surface area of 40m², the kitchen area faces east, on the garden side and the living room and bedroom face west, with a clear view of the sea and the setting sun.

A modern kitchen area features sleek cabinetry and a stainless-steel oven, complemented by a wooden dining table. In the background, a cozy sleeping area is visible, furnished with a patterned bedspread. Natural light enters through large windows with simple curtains.

The "Pacifique 1" apartment is ideally located 300 m from the beach and Place du Commando (esplanade with bars and restaurants), 300 m from the port and the submarine base, 300 m from the Ruban Bleu shopping center, the cinema and the Carrefour Market supermarket. The apartment is a large fully renovated 29 m² studio with a sleeping area with double bed, a large shower room with toilet, a new well-equipped kitchen. The apartment, located on the 1st floor, is very bright.
