The Lake apartment is about 100 m2 independent and quiet in the center of Bouaye 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage animal park. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed) + 1 office area, non-enclosed games room + a living room with double sofa bed and an office area + 1 independent kitchen, a small bathroom (shower + sink) and separate toilet. The house does not have an outdoor area.

You will appreciate the simplicity of the places in a village on the edge of the Loire with its medieval tower and its welcoming city center. The water body at 300m will allow you beautiful walks and swimming (monitored in July and August). Your children will only have to cross the small street to enjoy the streetpark and games.

Take a break and relax by the Erdre River at La Gandonnière (La Chapelle-sur-Erdre 44240) Manors and castles built along the ancient Roman roads, Velodyssée passage, Nantes-Brest canal. 5 min walk to La Chapelle Aulnay station by tram-train (or by bus line 86 which serves the faculties of Nantes and line 96 to Beausejour) -15 min to the Beaujoire Exhibition Centre- you would be at Nantes station (Jardin des Plantes) in just 23 minutes.

On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone.
