Monthly Rentals in Emigration Canyon

We loved staying at the "hideaway"! Beautifully decorated and furnished to maximize use of a small space. Super clean. The private patio was a real plus. And such a great location, in the very walkable Avenues with its wonderful variety of architecturally interesting old homes. It was our first time visiting SLC in April and it seemed that every yard was filled with trees and flowers in full bloom. We hope to stay again when we return to SLC!

We stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it! It’s a cozy and clean spot near a park and lots of restaurants, and great base camp for skiing nearby!

This was the perfect location for my mom and I to stay while having appointments at the University Hospital. Quiet, safe neighborhood, very clean and nice inside! We’re definitely going to come back again next time we come to Salt Lake City!

Beautiful studio apartment in the Avenues with a view of the mountains- the neighborhood is gorgeous. The apartment has great amenities and lots of natural light. Close to downtown, but far enough away that traffic and parking were never a problem. Cody was an awesome host, very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Would love to stay again :)
