The garden is very nicely landscaped and the pool is large and clean. The well-kept house is sufficiently large, comfortably furnished and clean. The beds were comfortable and the two bathrooms were nicely renovated and very clean. The beach, supermarket and restaurants are 5 minutes away by car. We made many nice trips to the surrounding towns, mountains and beaches. Communication was always very helpful and positive. Thank you, we had a great time and enjoyed the stay very much.

We absolutely loved our stay. Gorgeous interiors, beautiful warm swimming pool that was perfect for our son to swim in, and just overall a really peaceful and relaxing stay. Juanjo and Emma are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to help us during our stay too. Highly recommend!

Lovely villa close to Xabia’s restaurants and waterfront. Beautifully appointed and spacious. Great for a family with a separate apartment on the lower level. Only 5 mins to the Xàbia waterfront!
