Very close to the sea, on a 1,000-meter-high plot from which you can enjoy nature and spectacular views of the Mediterranean through large windows. Light and color. Old olive trees, bougainvilleas, and oleanders. Everything is very simple. The only luxury you will find is what your senses will provide. The space is completely self-contained. Electricity is provided by solar panels, and water comes from a cistern. Of course, pets are welcome guests at Finca NANKURUNAISA.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

Mediterranean-style villa completely renovated in 2023 and distributed all on one floor. It is in a quiet residential area and very close to the beach and leisure areas. It has 3 spacious rooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom and another fourth room enabled as a work room. It has cold/heat air conditioning in all the rooms of the house as well as underfloor heating. The villa has a heated pool all year round.

A spacious, tastefully decorated villa ideal for large families or groups of friends, situated in the El Tosalet residential complex, not far from the beaches. The property features a very large garden and swimming pool where children can play to their heart’s content, and the covered terraces are a real bonus. During the colder months, the swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge of €350.00 per week.
