This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

You can reach the spectacular beaches of Prat and observe the natural spaces just 15 minutes from the apartment either by bicycle. There is also access to do it by walking or by car and public transport
