This gorgeous 90m2, bohemian duplex ONE BED apartment has amazing views over the entire city from the large plant -covered terrace. Walking distance from Las Ramblas. There is a bedroom with Queen sized bed downstairs beside a long balcony and another open-plan living area upstairs beside the terrace. There's a smart Tv, free wifi and washing machine and dryer. Small, cosy room for one person who is looking for a calm, spacious, family Apartment in the centre of el prat. We have our own large balcony where you can relax and have nice meals. As the flat isn't on the main road it is quiet during the day and evenings, great to relax and listen to the sounds of the birds. We also have 2 curious cats incase anyone has allergies to please bear in mind. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, gym and public transport. 15 - 30 minute train ride to centre
