Perfect stay, in an ideally located apartment, at the foot of the paseo, with stunning views, access to the beach in the blink of an eye, and the pleasant sound of the waves from morning to night! Parking inside the residence is a plus (although availability is "hit or miss"), the location of the apartment allows you to do everything on foot. Laurean and her partner were attentive, caring and responsive, in a clean apartment, comfortable and with all the necessities available. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment right on the beachfront with a wide, peaceful beach that is almost like an ocean beach – and almost no people around since it’s mostly one-story houses nearby. Loved the spacious terrace with a beautiful view. The place has plenty of room, comfy mattress, great water pressure in the shower, and a kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Left with only great memories!

We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, with new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we had a great time!!! The beach is a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

Well, perfect accommodation, we truly felt right at home, we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, near the Arenal, just a 10-minute walk away, and right in front of a spectacular diving area, a very quiet organization and a garden with a barbecue, where we enjoyed some fantastic days

We stayed for 2 weeks and the experience was very good. Good location a few meters from the beach, which is not seen from the house, but is very close. The house is well maintained, it has 3 small size rooms, but enough, the one with two beds is little space. (high wardrobe and with a hole in the bottom that I had never seen before). It has a good size bathroom, with a shower dish in good condition. The kitchen is frankly fine, it has everything you need to spare, spacious, with table inside and access to the outdoor terrace. As we were going to be two weeks, we asked for double savanna, towels…etc, and we had it without a problem. From my point of view, the best part is exterior, with a covered terrace that you can take advantage of for what you want breakfast, lunch, dinner….is usable at all times of the day. The pool, very chula, and a very valuable extra, small but gives a lot of play. 15 min from Denia Pueblo. 100% recommended

Excellent location in Javea !

Even though it rained most of the time, it should not take anything away from the house, which was incredibly delicious, and with an absolutely stunning view. Wilfried was an absolutely perfect host.

Very good experience, convenience, comfort and tranquility

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

We have been very comfortable in the accommodation. Everything is very new and tidy. The beach is very nice and spacious. The area is very quiet. Few restaurants. Many mosquitos.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

We spent a very nice time in this villa. It is located in a private and quite area in front of the see. The house has everything we needed for a little baby, it matches the photos and description. Walking distance (10 min) from the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I recommend this apartment

Well . Where do I start. First of all, Saleem is an amazing person. We stayed at his oasis during the black out - he gave us dinner because of the power outage and so much more. The pictures do NOT do not do it justice. It is paradise - it’s a huge amount of space with spectacular views ! I will be returning to Saleems paradise. Thank you for everything !!! Katie and crew!

We loved our stay in Alejandro’s place in Sagunto. The house is well equipped and the outdoor area is amazing. We spent most of our time there or on the beach (which is a few steps away). The beds were very comfy. Amazing views from all over the house and such a great space to spend time in. We all had a blast in the pool and cooking meals in the evenings. Highly recommend!

Perfect house! My partner and I stayed 4 days. The kitchen is very well-equipped, with a new oven, airfryer and microwave. A great terrace for an afternoon drink and the bathroom also has a good hairdryer. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay!
