Five star all the way. Really amazing location, well maintained unit and John is responsive, communicative and professional to a T. We look forward to coming back to Tahoe and specifically renting this unit.

We have been going to Tahoe for over 25 years, and this was it! Beach a short walk, food and stores a short walk. Place was cozy! My family enjoyed the pool and spa. It was a bummer they closed it down the last 2 days for repairs, but we enjoyed it the first few days. Staff were friendly and overall, we really enjoyed our experience. Thank you for the amazing vacation. My daughter’s had a blast!

Fantastic condo!! We traveled with a group of 7 adults (2 brothers with wives, one adult grandchild, and 1 set of grandparents). The condo was perfect for our group, giving us all our own space to retreat to for sleeping, and also a large enough common space for all of us to hang out together! The condo itself is beautiful with high end finishes throughout. We only cooked breakfast, but the kitchen had great appliances and seemed to have most of what you might need to cook a bigger meal. The balcony overlooks the pool area, which can be a little noisy at times, but also provides lovely views of the mountains. The ski valet service was such a nice amenity. Not having to carry ski gear to the condo was a luxury we didn't know we needed! The condo complex is conveniently located directly across the street to Heavenly Village with easy access to the gondola and several shops and restaurants. The casinos are a short walk down the street as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, wonderful space, great for kids, convenient location, really nice staff , free parking and electric vehicle charging available on site. Gondola to heavenly is a two min walk, and tons of dining options nearby .

Great dog friendly place to stay will definitely be back

Staying at Marriott Timberlodge and skiing at Heavenly is absolutely great anytime of the year. I went there for Spring Break with my family, we went skiing, kids hung out near gaming room, kids club, table tennis, while I and my husband worked for the whole week. Lots of great restaurants and places to walk to inside the Heavenly village and around. Overall, we had a great time! Eich was a great host and even offered an additional night for a very reasonable price. Loved the experience!

We had a great time. Check in was smooth, and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Very nice clubhouse and hot tub, which makes it even more family friendly. The suite was clean and Everything was easy to find. Will definitely be returning.

This is our second stay at Robert’s place. He greeted us personally even when we arrived late in the evening and helped us check in. We stayed in the smaller room of the two room villa which was very comfortable and felt like a luxurious hotel room. The room had a queen bed and a sofa bed which was OK to sleep in. The Marriott staff was super responsive and replenished room supplies with in 30 minutes upon request. The room also has a very nice bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. There is also a coffee maker in the room which we used everyday (bring your own ground coffee since the provided ones aren’t that great) . The room overlooks the pool and the three big and small hot tubs. In the morning they have aerobics sessions in the pool so you might want to keep your windows closed if you are not participating. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tubs which are open until 10pm. Parking can be a challenge if you decide not to pay for the $32 valet fee. We ended up parking behind the hotel and used the Flowbird app to keep adding time which ended up being cheaper then the valet. We were out most of the day anyway. Overall, I highly recommend Robert’s place.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Great space really close to the heavenly gondola and shuttle service (for when the gondola is on a wind hold). Good restaurants nearby. Big open living and kitchen area with good bedrooms and bathrooms. Awesome pool and hot tub.

Amazing resort. Minutes from the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. Fun. Clean. Picturesque. Better than the photos. Les was extremely responsive and we had zero issues. Loved it.

The Goetzl cabin was perfect for our holidays getaway! The cabin is lovely, well equipped and located in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood within driving distance to all the major local activities such as Palisades (40 min). We were very pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine with a lovely welcome note, a few beers and other libations in the fridge and even cooled beer glasses in the freezer! I was sold right then and there :-) The property was impeccably clean inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of serving dishes and basic cookware for a party of 4 (you may struggle if you have a party of 6+). The kids had a blast sledding down the snowy slope right outside the door and we all had a very good time skiing at the nearby Palisades. In terms of snow management, there is frequent (daily?) snow plowing and the cabin has the required snow clearing gear if needed to get in and out of the parking space. Our hosts were very communicative. Highly recommended!

Jennifer’s home is located in a perfect spot of South Lake Tahoe. The location is just minutes from Heavenly Village, and is in walking distance to the lake, grocery stores and restaurants. Upon arrival Jennifer gave excellent instructions for the home, as well as answered all the questions we had. The home itself was beautiful, clean, and gave you the cabin like feel to it. I would recommend Jennifer’s home to all looking to have a pleasant stay in South Lake Tahoe 5/5 stars will definitely be staying again

We loved this Air bnb and it made our Tahoe trip complete. We would book again in a heart beat and are already hoping to come back in the summer!! Great place.

Had a great time at Erik's place. Beautiful surrounding with amazing amenities. Has it all needed to wind down during a vacation. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Sean was communated very well about all aspects of his place as well answered any questions we had before arriving. instructions were clear, place was clean, and the location was great.

Reasonably priced in a great location. The house itself was in decent condition (dated but comfortable). Kitchen was stocked with most things 2 families would need (we cooked most of our meals during our stay). The location was conveniently located near plenty of hiking trails and the lake. 20-25 minute drive to Palisades. Overall the house provided a great place for 2 families to spend time together at an affordable price.
