Sean was an amazing host! Communication and tips were spot on! It’s a great place to stay, just keep in mind in the summer there isn’t an AC, so it’s can get pretty warm in the room and with the limited window you can’t really cool it off. However I can’t wait to stay again in the cooler months! Besides from the AC I would definitely recommend Sean as a host!

Location was close to Tahoe village. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was just a little small to cook in, but it was manageable and had everything we needed. It was very clean. Thank you.

Lovely studio about 10 min walk to stagecoach lodge and lift. Cozy, great views, a tub, great location and friendly staff - perfect ski getaway.

This is a great value. Even though the furniture is a bit worn and dated, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. This place would be our first choice when deciding to come back. [Recommendation: avoid room 424B due to constant noise from the above ventilation units that run around the clock; request a room at a lower level or at the center of the building when checking in. The front desk was accommodating and allowed us to change rooms after the first night.]

We’ve been to Lake Tahoe for the past 6 years straight. This was the first time utilizing ABNB and staying at Marriott Timber Lodge. We have nothing but positive things to say. Mike was easy to communicate with from the start, understanding of our needs and willing to accommodate any requests we had, and was honest and truthful in everything he said. The room at Marriott’s Timber Lodge was exactly what we hoped it would it. The location was perfect and in the heart of Heavenly Village and the hotel amenities were just as described. We look to returning next summer once again.

As a family of 5 we are always disadvantaged when it comes to finding accommodation. Les's 2BR apartment at the Tahoe Ridge Resort was very spacious and even the sleep sofa was very good (something really hard to find). We had a great time and recommend his place without hesitation.

Perfect place for a night in Lake Tahoe. Comfy bed and room that felt like a mini-home. Located in the heart of a little neighborhood with shops and activities and free parking on the premises. Just right. Thanks Ginger for your quick replies and clear information.

This is not our first booking with Hanna. She was amazing and we just loved the location. We will be back. She’s great to work with and responds immediately. This was our fourth time at Marriott timber lodge. We will be back in a couple months. No better location.

Ben was easy to communicate with and always got back to me super fast! The villa we stayed I. Was as advertised and is the best location in southlake, so many restaurants are within walking distance. Check in was a breeze and Ben checked In regularly to see how our stay was and if we needed anything. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely stay again!

Amazing place. Highly recommended. Location is perfect. In the fact that it comes to the valet. Parking is amazing. We never had to worry about the car. Now ski resorts like Heavenly are charging at the California Lodge for parking. I could literally see the gondola from my beautiful balcony.hotel staff is also very friendly. The renter was also very kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and checked in with me.

Great location, great amenities, competitive price. Be ready to sit through a timeshare presentation if you want to get an affordable sunset cruise on the lake. Worth it!

Not typical of airbnb where the fees turn you away, the price I paid to rent the two COMFORTABLE queen size beds with a view of a bike path and plenty of parking near our room, was surprisingly inexpensive! I do wish that at my check-in, the registration lady had mentioned that the restaurant didn't open until 2pm but that a fabulous little Red Hut was within walking distance. The housekeeping crew was SUPER friendly and helpful! And everywhere. I never had to look far to get a towel or a question answered. The pool was a combination indoor/outdoor. Loved it.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa over looking the pool and it was amazing. Our kids loved the room and it was so spacious for all 4 of us and all the beach and bike stuff we brought. The property is great and has so many amenities available all day. It’s located right in the heart of the village with tons of restaurants and shops to walk to. I would stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking to stay in South Lake Tahoe.
