The 1/3 School House is a unique Historic Property that was once part of our 1880 school house. The School House was split into 3 parts and moved throughout town. This beautifully decorated historic foothill home was designed to maximize surrounding forest&mountain vistas and yet be walking distance to town for may of our downtown weddings. 2 bedrooms 2 bath Sleeps 8 to 12 guests. The huge open upstairs has 4 queen beds upstairs. Truly a great space for families or wedding parties.

Relax and enjoy this comfortable home with all amenities, including hot tub!Just 5 minutes from the American River canyons and Lake Clementine, with great hiking trails, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding nearby, along with all the shopping amenities you're used to. Go shopping in Old Town Auburn with great restaurants, coffee shops and art galleries. Because this is our primary home, we accept guests who are on Airbnb w/at least 1 good review. Olympic House Hikers delight at Tahoe Rim Trail

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Olympic House is located directly across the street from the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly and the trailhead for the Tahoe Rim Trail. The best access for skiing the winter and hiking in the summer and fall. A 1/2 mile away is the community pool and hot tub. A fully stocked kitchen. Wifi and free parking included. Note due to construction the community pool will be closed August and September. Douglas Co permit# DSTR1075P
