Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

Upper floor barrier-free with large wing, bedroom, reading corner, work area, bathroom and the large kitchen-living room with 2 kitchen areas. Lower floor: 2nd bedroom with bathroom, children's corner. Our garden: large pool with counter-current system, large grill, lounge corner with pergola and terrace with large awning. 💗

Upstairs there is a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a 2nd large bathroom with shower, 2 cable TVs and free Wi-Fi. A seating area in the romantic courtyard right in front of the apartment invites you to have breakfast and linger.

The house is located on the outskirts of Würmla, right next to a dirt road. In Würmla there is a coffee house with pastry shop, the Burger inn with homemade kitchen and a nice pub 'Ins Klane'
