Buitenhuysje de Roos has recently been completely renovated and is wonderfully quiet. The cottage is small but nice, about 55m2 and has 3 bedrooms. In 2022, our cottage was renovated, with a new bathroom, kitchen and cast floor. There is a fireplace and nice wooden veranda, where you can sit very privately, with beautiful views. Within 5 minutes, you can drive to Bergen or Schoorl, where you will find supermarkets, nice shops and restaurants. The dunes and forest are within walking distance, and by bike you can reach the beach in 20 minutes.

There are also beautiful cycling routes. From Castricum train station (5 km), you can reach Amsterdam Central Station in just 30 minutes. Alkmaar and Haarlem are also nearby. The ceiling height upstairs is 1.30 m (4 ft 3 in)! Double bed 1.80x2.20cm. Rain shower/toilet. Not suitable for children. No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

Stylish holiday cottage in an amazing location with a lovely garden to enjoy outdoor living from sunrise until sunset! There are two bedrooms, a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate dressing room and you can use a Samsung Freestyle beamer! The cottage is located in a quiet and spacious park and ideal for long walks in the dunes and days on the beach. The beach is only 3 kilometers away. The artist village Bergen and the historic city Alkmaar are both at biking distance.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.
