We had a wonderful time at the chalet! The accommodation is very nice, lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The surroundings invite you to relax – perfect for escaping the ordinary. The contact with the hosts was super friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend the chalet!

It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A great and clean house in a quiet area. With 8 people, we were fine with the rooms and bathrooms. Pool was to our satisfaction!

We had a wonderful time at Wenja's beautiful beach house. It was so lovingly and chicly furnished, the kitchen fully equipped. The description of the apartment is absolutely accurate. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and the sauna afterwards was a treat. In a few minutes, you will be on the beautiful beach with nice beach bar. (It may be worth mentioning that one section is a dog beach. So many friendly dogs are a huge pleasure for our children. ) From the apartment it is only a few minutes by car to the shopping center in the village and many attractions (e.g. Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Zandvoort, etc.) can be reached in 20-40 minutes. We enjoyed our holiday very much and will definitely come back. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful house with us, dear Wenja. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The lake house is beautifully situated in the park . The amenities leave nothing to be desired . It was so clean and welcoming that we immediately felt comfortable. We will come back to this house very much.

We chose the place because it's close to the sea and the city. Both places are easily accessible even for us who were only equipped with e-bikes. The supermarket and restaurants can also be reached on foot. The accommodation is very nice. Large house and nice outdoor space to relax. The kitchen is super stocked with everything you need. Cats are a nice add-on: they're companionship and don't bother at all.

Everything was perfect! Coffee & tea supplied. Lovely apartment, lent us bikes foc. We used the pick up service from Amsterdam Centraal Station which was friendly, convenient & punctual. It was also good value for money. Best AirBnB so far! Thank you Bart, Elias & Renee.

A beautiful place to stay, fantastically quiet and rural, yet close to Amsterdam. The house is a dream😍, Albert a very nice landlord.

The dream of a vacation rental. Perfectly located on the dune reserve, this house impresses with aesthetic furnishings, generosity and optimal amenities. We just felt super comfortable. There was nothing missing. A large garden with grill, well equipped kitchen, nice living and sauna area made the stay perfect. Christiane is a warm host and extremely friendly. Communication with her was easy and fast. We especially liked the high quality bedding and the comfortable beds. I would book the house again and again when in the area. Great recommendation!

Jaron and Jill were very nice hosts. We had an issue with the drain and Jaron took care of it right away. Parking was possible right outside the door. The furnishings are tasteful and the terrace has great evening sun! The town of Limmen doesn't have much, but at least a good supermarket and bakery within walking distance and the surrounding area is great! We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

The house is very spacious, clean and has a great outdoor space. The bathroom is a stand out with a large shower and double sink. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and sightseeing in the city centre. Would certainly return to this gem in Alkmaar.

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

A lovely quiet place,everything you need is there,even ice cubes and washcloths.😀 Everything has been thought of. Indeed a lovely bed, spacious bedroom and bathroom, where you can store your things. A wonderful stay in Castricum. The accommodation is great: abundantly equipped with all the necessities in kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. It is right in the center and very quiet and beautiful. The garden is cozy, our bikes were given ample shelter. The introduction to the accommodation was surprising with fruit, syrup waffles and a bunch of peonies, which we enjoyed for 5 days. Hostess Diana and her husband are very friendly and caring with attention to the wishes and privacy of their guests. Castricum and Noord-Holland were a first acquaintance for us and that was 100% not as bad as we thought. We'd love to come back here.

The apartment has an excellent location, right on the dunes, close to the beach and quickly in the village. We were greeted very nicely at the agreed time, received some information and were warmly said goodbye to at check-out. It is nicely decorated and was perfect for the two of us with a dog. Nice place to stay located close to the center. Check in was very easy. Communication with both Peter and Yvette was always quick and straightforward. We were also able to use the rooftop terrace. Bicycles could be stored in the storage/laundry room. It was about 1/2 hour by bike to the sea…super. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need as a self-catering. Nespresso machine was also there. Even a few capsules. Small, fine cottage we 👍🏻 would book again.

We had a great time in the house and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The accommodation is not large, but has everything you need and it is super nicely furnished. Corien is super helpful and always available. We will be happy to come back!

The flat is very and consistent with the descriptions. Unfortunately, parking in front of the house is only possible for unloading. Michelle gave us a tip in about 16 minutes (on foot) away.

This was such a great airbnb I truly don’t really have any dislikes. It’s not directly in the city more on the very outskirts of it so you need to either drive or take the train. The train is about a 5 minute walk from the house and it’s easy to navigate. The space itself was clean and beautiful, Mike and Mike left recommendations and had basically every amenity you would need! Great find for a great price!

The location of the house was very central. The house lacked nothing, everything was very clean and cozy. A beautiful fresh bouquet of roses stood on the table. Information about the apartment was well described. Ester gave us tips on what to do. Thanks, we enjoyed the 5 days of vacation.

Thomas's place was a warm haven and welcoming home away from home. Everything was organized and put together with intention and care, and very clean. We found every possible appliance and amenity we could wish for. The house feels secluded and private, but not isolated. We loved going on walks in the beautiful woods, right out the backdoor, or at the beach, at just a short drive's distance. Thomas was an excellent and lovely host, who promptly answered any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, next time. Thank you, Thomas!

What a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse! Together with our 4-year-old daughter, we enjoyed it tremendously. We were very hospitably received and everything was taken care of to the last detail. The house is beautifully decorated, bright and cozy, and is in a great location: just a few meters from the forest, close to fine restaurants and a short distance from the beach.
