The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seating. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are downstairs; the bedroom with a wardrobe is upstairs. What is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!

Welcome to our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" in Egmond aan Zee. We are Hinke and Peter. We have renovated our vacation home and furnished it in a modern way. It is suitable for 2 adults or a family with max. 2 children. For 3 or 4 adults, the space is small. We have named our vacation home "Vier Seizoenen" because Egmond aan Zee has its charms in every season! If you have any questions or requests, we will be happy to help you. We warmly welcome you to our lovely summer cottage. Centrally located near the dunes, the beach and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee. Through your own entrance, you enter the cozy living room with 3-seater sofa with ottoman, dining table with 4 chairs, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with sink, double bed (140 x 200) and a single bed (80 x 200). Our cottage has its own terrace with table and 4 chairs and is equipped with an awning.

Welcome to Holiday Home Mila! 🌿 Our holiday home is located in the charming coastal village of Egmond aan Zee, just 50 metres from the dunes and 300 metres from the beach. The village centre, with lovely restaurants, bars and terraces, is only 100 metres away, and the supermarket is 200 metres away. Alkmaar is easily reachable by bus, and Amsterdam is also perfect for a day trip. Trains run every 30 minutes from Heiloo or Alkmaar.

Het Span is wonderful! You look over the fields to the dunes and the mill. You have a private parking space and a private garden. We have done everything possible to keep the sunset view as much as possible. The apartment can accommodate four people, and we like it if you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
