The house is a 10 minute walk from the city centre of Alkmaar and 7 minutes to the train station. The train can take you directly to Amsterdam in 35 minutes. A conveniently and centrally located summer house in Egmond aan Zee with the possibility to use an outdoor sauna (on request) in the winter months, from November to March Within 2 minutes, you can be on the beach and in the cozy fishing village with the many shops and terraces. The cottage was completely renovated in the spring of 2022 and equipped with underfloor heating, heat pump and solar panels.
