In June-September, rentals are per whole week from Saturday to Saturday, outside of that, a minimum of 3 nights.

“Kennedy Beach House” is a charming beach apartment, with three bedrooms (65 m2) and a sunny balcony, situated directly at the beautiful beach of Egmond aan Zee. The apartment is conveniently located and many wonderful shops and restaurants are a few minutes away. The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and gives a spectacular view on the dunes. It only takes less than a minute walk to plunge into the sea to cool off. Unique Dutch Miller’s House

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

A light, fresh studio of 20 square meters where nothing is missing. To gain energy, be able to work quietly, also from conferences at the nearby hotel Zuiderduin. Enjoy the beautiful light falls through skylight. With a pellet stove for the (cozy) warmth. A nice separate shower and toilet. With Nespresso machine and cooking possibility for e.g. breakfast. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

Studio "Het Atelier" in the heart of Bergen.

Studio "Het Atelier" is located in a very quiet place in the heart of Bergen in the middle of the greenery. A cozy sunny terrace adjoins my large garden. There is no traffic here, only nature and tranquility around you. Still, it is less than a 5-minute walk to the supermarket. The sea is 5 km away. The dune area is close by. You can cycle or walk for hours through the beautiful forests and dunes where wild horses and cows graze.
