Seth is an amazing host. Responds are timely and helpful. The house is clean and new. High end appliances and furniture. The kitchen is especially impressive, and yes the knifes are sharp! We saw fox and deer during our stay and enjoyed the wonderful view. Thank you for sharing this great place.

The house was beautiful. Amy was exceptionally responsive and accommodating. Amy provided extra beach and bathroom towels for our use, plus coffee and laundry detergent if we wanted. We didn't bring our dog, but there was a dog bed and bowls plus extra leash if needed. Amy went above and beyond my expectations. Wish our plans would have allowed us to stay longer. Would absolutely stay again if in the area!

Absolutely beautiful. I am very happy with my stay. The kitchen was very well equipped for all cooking needs and there’s a general store 7 minutes away that is well stocked. The views are beautiful. This is the perfect place to get away. We had the beach and trails all to ourselves. There is also a lot of deer. The black sand beaches were unforgettable! Mandi’s place is also about an hour drive from avenue of the giants. If you don’t mind the hour drive it’s a great place to stay if you are visiting the redwoods. I will say though that the drive to get here is not the easiest. I do not recommend driving here after sun set. The road is steep with a lot of curves. I hope to stay here again soon!

What an amazing place!! The view was as amazing as the house. Very clean, such a spectacular view. Beds were very comfortable, easy access to park and get into the house. The extra amenities with the house were an added bonus! If I’m ever in the area again would definitely stay again! Host was extremely helpful and very responsive!

This place fit our family of 4 perfectly. The beds were super comfortable, the entire place was well maintained, and everything was fresh and clean when we arrived. I highly recommend and will go back next time we visit the area!

Wonderful little retreat! Cute, clean, and perfect for our needs. It felt like we were living in our dream Ikea showroom. Address is clearly visible from street but does not show up on Maps, so that made getting there a little more complicated, but once we stopped to orient ourselves it was easy to navigate (trust your mapping system to get you mostly there, or drop a pin once you get the address). There were a few unhoused locals wandering about at all hours, but if that makes you uncomfortable, Arcata probably isn't for you anyways.

Linda’s place looks just like the pictures and we really enjoyed the hot hub. Linda is also a great host and very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again if we are back in the area in the future

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was spotlessly clean, and it's clear that the hosts put a lot of care into the decor and furnishings. It felt very intentional and comfortable. We appreciated how easily we could find everything we needed. The beautiful patio was a great spot to relax. Having a dedicated parking spot right outside was so convenient, and there is plenty of extra parking nearby. The location couldn't have been better – a short walk to downtown with fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. This will definitely be our family's go-to place when we're in the area again. Highly recommend!

this was a great location to everywhere we wanted to visit. the apartment didn't even feel like a part of the house when there, it was secluded and private. super clean as well.

This listing was a great location for exploring the redwoods! The cute exterior is matched on the interior. Comfy living space and fairly equipt kitchen! Would recommend for anyone who needs a place that’s a drivable distance to exploring the surrounding areas.

This was a very special, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable place to stay. The spatial organization of this studio is so well thought out. Moving through the space felt both cosy and efficient with everything we could possibly need and more. We loved the character and artistic sensibility of the decor and our hosts. My child who truly appreciates his creature comforts gave his highest endorsement. We’re really thankful for Bob and Amy and their lovely hideaway. If we ever come through Arcata again we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Bob and I took off our hosting hats and put on our traveling hats for this birthday getaway. We love Eureka and have found a new place to put on our favorite list. This Airbnb is everything you would expect from a five star Airbnb. Great location right on the water with beautiful views, secure building, all the amenities inside that you would expect, clean and well appointed… I could go on and on and on. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Susan and her sister Ashley's place was perfect for our needs. A friend and I stayed there for a weekend wedding. Parking was easy and convenient when we arrived. The balcony has such a relaxing view of the bay and Old Town Eureka. It provides plenty of opportunities for easily walking around to shops, eateries, and bars. If you're looking for a late night treat the ice cream parlor just downstairs was phenomenal. Cannot recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a convenient place to stay in the area.

Had an amazing night staying at your place, The Exquisite. Check in was easy after getting cell service. My group, of 4, loved having a working, clean hot tub with a view after getting off the LCT after 4 days. 10/10 will recommend and will definitely keep your place in mind when we plan for our next trip at shelter cove. We stopped at Simy’s for two nights during our honeymoon! The house and the beach were breathtaking and we enjoyed the quietness of the area in October. A few cute little restaurants and coffee shops but overall small town feel which we loved and we had everything we needed! Honestly, one of the absolute coolest places I have ever lodged at!
