I loved staying at Davis and Silvia's place. It's a unique setting in a great neighborhood that is easily walkable and has many restaurants. However, there was more street noise than expected, especially for being on the 13th floor. Miguel was excellent and punctual and drove us to many places. I just wish he knew English or I knew Spanish! I recommend this apartment as it is a good deal for the money. Thank you, David and Silvia, for your help during my stay! Gracias!

This was a fantastic location to stay. The entire hotel is a work of art, and the backstory of the owners makes it a really special part of local culture. Amenities were also nice, was able to get laundry done, taxis easily, and was a short walk (10 minutes) from the airport.

This is very nice spacious & well equipped apartment in one of the best areas (our favourite) in Quito. It is situated in a quite secure cul de sac which means it is really quite & peaceful. It is also located right next to the Megamaxi supermarket which is outstanding & has everything you might need. Also 500m away there is La Carolina park which is really nice on sunny days full of local Ecuadorian’s enjoying themselves- we go there often. Lots of restaurants in the area as well. We were a family of 4 adults & were very comfortable - our stay was for 30 days. Transport in & around the city is very easy with options being buses, taxi or the metro. Our host Patricia was also both very helpful, responsive & friendly. Highly recommended.

Sin duda el mejor lugar para llegar en San Cristóbal, la mejor vista que te puedes imaginar, comodidad, cercanía a pocos metros de playa mann y tijeretas. Además de anfitriones siempre pendientes para que tu estadía sea de lo mejor. Totalmente recomendado

Have stayed at The Colon before, always safe and secure. Great pools and steps from the beach. Everything you need within walking distance. Awesome sunsets, could sit on the balcony for hours! Apartment spacious. Bring your own beach towels/sheet but bathroom towels were fluffy and lush. Walter was easy to reach and always responded. Hotel staff are Spanish speaking only so bone up on your Spanish or have Google translation handy. Looking forward to our next visit to Salinas!

Recomendaría sin dudarlo el alojamiento. Jossely fue muy amable, atenta y preocupada porque nuestra estadia sea perfecta. Siempre tuvo la predisposición de ayudar y recomendar lugares para conocer en la ciudad.

El apartamento es amplio y confortable. Un gran tv, aire acondicionado, cocina completa. Me senti como en casa. Bruno y Paola respondieron rápidamente a mis preguntas. Un lugar muy recomendable!

El lugar es tal cual descrito en el anuncio. Carolina es muy comunicativa y te ha sentir bienvenido desde el primer momento. El edificio está en un espacio tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo a corta distancia de varios sitios de interés. Muy recomendado.
