La suite es divina. Muy cómoda, súper limpia y el personal del edifico muy amable. La zona súper tranquila para caminar incluso en la noche. Sebastián fue muy amable también y súper atento. Volvería a hospedarme aquí!

We stayed at Wendy and Xavier’s for a month and from the moment that we walked into the apartment it felt like home. You will never find another airbnb that is as well equipped as this one. There was everything from a full complement of spices, an array of small kitchen appliances, a bathroom scale and even a tennis racket and balls. The building is conveniently located across from La Carolina Park and within walking distance of the new subway. The building is very secure and we appreciated having a keypad for easy entry to the apartment. Communication with Xavier was great and his responses were complete and seemingly instantaneous. We had a wonderful experience here so much so that we are returning for our last few days in Quito before returning home.

Una estancia muy bonita y amena, la señora muy atenta y amable con todo. La zona muy silenciosa y tranquila para descansar, el internet muy rápido y los electrodomésticos muy completos, sin duda volveré a ir.

Realmente un gusto a ver conocido a jenny y su esposo. Muy amables y hospitalarios. Todas las mañanas nos recibían con desayuno y fueron amables en llevarnos en su automóvil. 100% recomendado. Mucha seguridad.

I had a short but amazing time at Margerita's. Her house is beautifully decorated, really personal. She has an amazing garden with agrumes and is a person who has a lot of interesting things to say and is truly understanding.

Atención buenísima, tienen una señora que cocina muy rico, playa a un paso, muy fresca la casa, muy seguro.

Ame el lugar, todo muy organizado y limpio, volvería sin duda. El único problema es que como son varias caballas familiares en un mismo lugar, en mi experiencia los vecinos no respetaron que estaban con más personas a su alrededor y empezaban a gritar desde muy temprano. En lo que corresponde a los anfitriones y lugar EXCELENTE. Quizás podrían sugerir ser más empaticos con los vecinos a sus próximos huéspedes

The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

Pour les 2 nuits que nous avons passé tout à à été bien . Très bon point de chute pour visiter la réserve naturelle de Maglares Churutte. Sofia est disponible et s occupe très bien de ses hôtes .

Ya tuve la experiencia de quedarme con Margarita, y la pasé tan bien que hice nuevamente una reserva. Es lo que uno busca cuando está fuera de casa, las comodidades y confort combinado con la calidez y trato excepcional de la Súperhost. Pocas veces dejo una reseña tan detallada pero se merece un distintivo y reconocimiento. La naturaleza, ubicación, precio e infraestructura hace de este lugar algo único. 5 estrellas ⭐️

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

súper lindo departamento, la relación precio, calidad es muy buena, y la ubicación execelente. Cómo punto a considerar es un poco ruidoso, especialmente si duermes temprano.
