Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Carol was a fantastic host. When we arrived she as there to greet us. The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, tidy, warm and everything we needed was there, even towels for the dog. The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

One of the easiest five star reviews to write. The annex was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, squeaky clean and very well appointed kitchen. It had everything you could want to cook a decent meal. The veranda area is a veritable sun trap and a beautiful place to rest over a glass of wine at the end of the day. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. claire and Neil really have thought of everything - even the loo paper is posh!

Beautiful place and great for a Winter weekend away. The wood burner made it very cosy! It has all the amenities you could need and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. Wonderful host and will definitely be back again ☺️

We had a great stay. The house was very modern and clean and perfect for our family’s with a park and a small amount of animals for the children. Would definitely go back.

We loved staying at Anderby creek it was beautiful. The apartment was spotless, bright and very comfortable beds. Great shower and amenities loved having breakfast in the friendly cafe downstairs and walking the dog on the beach and coastal paths on the doorstep. Would highly recommend. The Dean family ☺️

Although it was very short we had a great stay, place was exactly as described. we loved the decor and the mood lighting was lovely, great kitchen facilities and having a washer/dryer was a bonus. Easy to find and get into and having an enclosed private parking area was a huge bonus. We'd definitely recommend this place and would certainly use again as it's very close to my daughters uni accommodation :)

This was such a lovely place to stay, we would recommend to anyone looking to visit Woodhall Spa. Sonia’s place was perfect, modern, super clean and fresh. Local area is so private, wide streets and really quiet and relaxing. Short walk from pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. On site parking was amazing too. Great security which made use feel extra safe and secure. Thank you again Sonia for an amazing stay! Will for sure be visiting again! 😍😍😍

Originally stayed here with my daughter and loved it so I eventually came back and brought my husband. He now knows why we raved about Mulberry Mews! He absolutely loves it too. Such a clean, comfortable and relaxing home. Everything is so classy with lovely touches. As everyone mentions, the bathroom is to die for. We’ve been discussing how we could turn our own house into the same sanctuary! We’ve had a lovely relaxing weekend and totally chilled. Fantastic hosts, lovely all round luxury and such lovely touches… I could go on but I’m running out of space. Thank you both once again. We will return again x

Brancaster stays is a great base to explore the Norfolk Coast and surrounding villages. Just a few mins from beautiful Brancaster Beach as well the lovely Burnham Market with lots of great shops and restaurants. The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay and was clean and cosy. Jude and Thomas were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again.
