Loved this place! It is in a local community so you got a true sense of Vietnamese life without the tourist chaos. The villa and pool were fabulous and exactly what we needed. We loved having the bikes to travel around locally and ride to the coconut boats and local beaches. Air conditioning was perfect in the bedrooms and the shaded pool area was very welcome in the heat. Any questions we had were quickly answered and Mark helped with recommendations and local transport. We can’t fault this villa and would thoroughly recommend it to others.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at crony villa. The staff were kind and attentive and gave the best recommendations ! It’s a beautiful villa and super chilled out but only a 5 min drive to the centre. Really enjoyed!

Home away from home, lovely place to stay. We stayed for a month with our six month old and were very comfortable. We made a couple of requests early in our stay to make the place more comfortable for us and the hosts accommodated very quickly. The Internet was upgraded during our stay, after which, it was very fast and reliable. The place was cleaned daily, which was fabulous. As the other reviews have stated, the pictures of the kitchen are perhaps misleading. Those pictures are of the host's kitchen. We clarified what the kitchen we would be getting over message before hand. Would recommend doing the same for anyone looking to stay. The place is about a 5min Grab car to old town or a leisurely 15/20 minute walk along the river. There are loads of good restaurants nearby. Many of which are more reasonably priced and better quality than in old town.

We had a fantastic stay here. The place was beautiful, our room was large and clean, the pool and outdoor area was well maintained and very pretty, and we had a picturesque view of the rice fields. Our hosts were the best! They were helpful, bringing us everything we need, helping us rent a moped which was brought right to our door! They even cooked for us one night! It was very close to Hoi An, but far enough away so that there was no noise, and was not busy. It was a 5 minute drive by moped, or a 25min walk. Or you can use their bikes for free! The fridge was stocked up with water and beer (which was charged for but very good price), and the hosts offer cooking classes, and can do laundry. Overall, the stay was 10/10! Would definitely come again!
