We had the most wonderful stay at Kim’s. After having a rather full on trip so far we wanted to relax at the beach but have the option to venture into town and Kim’s place was perfect for this. Kim also organised a snorkelling trip, airport pick up and drop off and our washing! She also cooked up a delightful breakfast every morning - really going above and beyond host duties we felt. If you’re looking for somewhere a little bit chill and but still close enough to Hoi An centre, walkable distance to the beach and multiple coffee and food eateries - this is a perfect place to relax!

Micha and Kim clearly love where they live and their business as it shines through in their service and small touches like providing recommendations of local restaurants and experiences. highly recommend ☺️

We had an amazing stay at Ngan's place! Check in and check out was very easy. The host was able to provide car service to and from the airport for us to help with seamless travel. Additionally, they helped us book a tour to Ba Na Hills !:) We highly reccomend Ngan's place as they also provide breakfast and even gave us umbrella's to use around town as our stay was during rainy season

The place looked like the photos. The hostess is extremely friendly and accommodating. I was able to reach them anytime I had a question. I would recommend this place! :-)

Nhi is a great host, he took the initiative to contact us on the same day and introduced the unique restaurants in the ancient town. The house is very unique, if you get up early you will get to see a beautiful view. The house is located in the middle of the paddy field roving chill house and the ancient town, it takes about 30 minutes/1.5km on foot. There were no Grab drivers taking orders when we returned from the ancient town at night this weekend, so we took a motorbike back.The interior of the room is also very clean, very Indo-Chinese style, the roadside is a little noisy at night, but it is acceptable, or you can bring good earplugs.Recommended to stay here if you come to Hoi An😌

This is a great place away from the masses of hoi an. Quiet area. Excellent staff. Friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Big rooms, nice shower. Good wifi aircon and nice bed Hired a motor bike through them that was not great old and poorly serviced. But it was convenient. If I stayed longer would have rented direct for better quality and price. But this is an excellent Airbnb. In the area it's hard to beat. Even a small swimming pool. 10 out of 10 great value

Ms Chau and her husband are the nicest hosts. They helped me with airport taxi, bicycle rental, even took me on their motorbike to get SIM card. The room was bright and clean just like the pictures. One day I was out and it started raining Ms Chau saw my clothes hanging in the balcony she brought it inside for me. There were a few days I didn’t eat breakfast there because I wanted to eat something different. On my last day I ate at the hotel and she came and tell me she was very happy I ate there.. she was really sweet she just genuinely take pride in making her guests food!

This was such a beautiful room. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the pool. The balcony had comfortable chairs and was clean. The room was also beautiful with a comfortable bed. There was a free breakfast buffet—the eggs cooked to order were good, but the buffet food was not a standout. The only less positive note would be that sound from the hallways is quite loud, so bring earplugs and it will be a lovely stay.

A lovely stay and the location was perfect for exploring Hoi An. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was prefect for us! Super close to the night markets and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Ancient Town. Our room was nice and quiet, and so clean with great pillows! The pool was fabulous for a refreshing dip on the hot humid days. They even decorated the room for us when we arrived as we’re on our honeymoon! We loved it so much we decided to stay an extra night rather than go to Da Nang.

River sound villa is one of the best place to stay when you visit in Hội An. The host is friendly and helpful. Good location to explore every where in Hội an. Only 6 minutes by walking down to the night market and 10 minutes to Hội an ancient town. Well decoration inside the room and breath-taking view of Hội An.

This place is amazing for a stay in hoi a great location everything walking distance or can hire a bike from reception which we did. Very clean and breakfast was perfect

The place was a fairly new building and all then amenities including the bed, mattress were very new and comfortable. the place is quite airy and nice pool to chill in the evenings. Phong and Niem were great host and lot of local recommendations to make our day eventful. The free coconuts from the tree in the yard was such a good bonus in this heat :) The WiFi was fast and speed up to 80 mbps which was decent for my work and the smart tv in the room. It’s 15 mins bicycle away to the old town which is not bad and nice ride back and forth. There are also couple of cooking classes around which is handy as they also have restaurants for the evening meals. I will warmly recommend the place for anyone who wants to chill and relax away from the noise in the old town.

It was an amazing experience in this beautiful Villa! Everything exactly as on the photos an as described. I will come back when I am in Hoi Anh again

I've stayed in many places in Hoi An and I found this as the best, pictures match the property perfectly and it was as it was described. This is not always the case in Hoi An. Everything with this stay was 10 out of 10. Phuong and her team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process making check in process clear and making our entire stay extremely comfortable. Rooms had everything you need and any questions we had Phuong was able to question immediately. WiFi was amazing and I was able to take work call without any issues, plus a desk in the room was major positive. Rooms were very sound proof and location was in a quiet area on the main road making it easy to get to but also far enough away to not hear any traffic noise. Would recommend and will come back.
