We had a lovely stay at orchid riverside.. the room was small but had all required amenities. The pool and restaurant area is really nice and breakfast was amazing.. Best part about the stay was the local tips and the perfect distance from old town. It’s peaceful in this location but just a 10 mins cycle ride to old town which was quite crowded..

We had a great stay. The hotel is well located, just a short walk from the river where there are loads of restaurants, shops, bars and activities. Despite this the area is nice and quiet and feels safe. The staff were so helpful, sorting out taxis and trips for us on arrival. We did a coconut boat trip and went to Hoi An memories through them and enjoyed both. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with lots on offer including traditional Vietnamese dishes and western dishes. Our room was lovely and beautifully presented, with water and towels brought up each day. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but the downstairs of the hotel is very well kept and a nice place to relax. We felt really comfortable and cared for at the hotel and would highly recommend it.

really enjoyed our stay the location is good a nice leisurely level 15 -20 minute walk to old town or a 5 minute bike ride along the river pathway. very peaceful pool was great. staff were very friendly and helpful even organised a great bike tour for our family nice breakfast very pleased good value for money

I had such an enjoyable stay here. A family run business, I was made to feel welcome from the start. Always attentive to my needs, if I needed a trip booking or a taxi, they could arrange that for you. The breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh for each person and fresh fruit. So tasty! I had a bedroom which was really big, had good views and the bed was so comfortable. I slept so well every night. It was around a 10min walk into old town, over the bridge. You can use grab app if you have the app (taxi app). There were so many good options and spas around, not just in old town. I would most definitely come back to stay here. Thank you for a great time.

A great place to stay while in Hoi An. Toan arranged for a driver to pick us up from the train station and drive us directly to the accommodation which was really helpful. The room had the best air conditioning out of anywhere we had been in Vietnam so far which let us have a great sleep. The accommodation is only a 5 minute walk from some amazing bars, cafes, restaurants and markets. The staff even gave us a map with a bunch of local recommendations on there. Would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Hoi An.

If you want a quiet stay in Hoi An away from old city, this is the place for you. The accommodations were perfect for my family and it was easy to get into the city. The staff were friendly and the food was good if you want to stay in. The pool was a must for my kids and was perfect for the hot days to cool off.

my family including 2 children stayed here we were warmly greeted& given local recommendations which we tried some nights and on the 1 day we tried a NOT recommended eatery the food was rubbish the food at the RECOMMENDED was amazing. we ate there a second time too. the pool was open long hours and towels available. host spoke perfect english. the old town is walkable and breakfast is fresh best hotel we have been to in Vietnam. everything was comfortable and clean and nice. there was not a lift to our room just 1 small flight of stairs but we were happy with this. we were offered help with bags to be brought up but choose to take them ourselves. there are plenty of bikes to use free but we choose not to. breakfast was lovely with really nice coffee. great location easy walk to lantern boats and short taxi to an bang beach (possible to ride it on bikes - but again didnt with 2 small kids ) thank you toan for hosting us a lovely time had here highly recommend.

What a hidden gem in Hoi An. The location is perfect! Just a few blocks from the night market, yet quiet. Everything is a quick walk away. Tran and her team had great communication and ensured every aspect of my stay quality was tended to. From airport pickup / drop off to mailing a book back that was accidentally left in the room. I couldn’t have asked for better reception and service. Highly recommend.
