The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

Ha is a great host who responds quickly. The two-storey villa is beautiful, clean and very very close to the resort restaurant , swimming pool and beach. It takes just 1 minute to walk from the villa to the swimming pool and restaurant. You can actually see the beach from the pool. The white sandy beach is the reason of our visit to Danang. We are simply thrilled by the long stretch of white sand. If you want more restaurant choices, you can take a taxi to town which is just 15-20 minutes away.

Helios was a great host. Communication was perfect, everything was on time, home was clean all the time. Home is between Hoi An and Da Nang, both cities is easy to reach and both are gorgeous. Helios also helped rent a car and with other questions. Was pleasure to stay here, can recommend.

12 of my closest friends and family members stayed for 3 nights very comfortably and enjoyably. It was spacious, clean, and it was nice to have a cool air conditioner, and Danang restaurants and bars were hot because the air conditioner was too weak. The host responded so kindly, and it was the Danang fireworks period. He booked the sky36 bar vip in Novotel, so I had a beautiful and unforgettable experience with the flames burst right in front of me.

good place for family visit

We had the most AMAZING stay here for 5 nights. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The gardens and pool area were outstanding for our family of 6 to lounge around in comfort. The bedrooms were large, all with en-suite bathrooms, and AC. Breakfasts were amazing, and made to order. The housekeeper was amazing too—she came daily, and kept the house immaculate, and helped with our laundry. The location was outstanding, right in the village of An Bang, very close to lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Only a 15 min drive to old town HoiAn. When we were in the villa and in the outdoor space, it felt so serene and peaceful. We cannot recommend this place enough. Amongst our best AirBnB experiences ever!!! Highly recommended.

Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

Our favourite place to stay in Hoi An, so much so, we’ve already booked to return. It has the wow factor. We searched nearly every villa in Hoi An and Four Monkeys stood out. The spacious grounds are beautifully laid out with multiple zones, making it ideal for groups or families. There’s a shallow kids’ pool perfect for toddlers, as well as a large deep pool. The open-plan downstairs works well in the heat, with fans throughout. Upstairs isn’t ultra-modern, but it’s clean and functional. The boules court and BBQ area are great additions. Minor downsides: Grab car drivers can be hesitant due to the narrow access road ( motorbikes fine) and during frog mating season the neighbour’s pond can be noisy at night. The location is perfect, easy access to the old town and peaceful bike rides through the rice fields (bikes provided). A truly special place with wonderful host communication. You’d be lucky to stay here.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

Great view and experience

Excellent communication from outset. Ha arranged a transfer from Da Nang Airport which worked perfectly and very affordable. Excellent accommodation right on the beach. Also the breakfast was excellent. Great cleaning service. Quiet at night. No security concerns. Al in all I would highly recommend this stay. Thank you

Kiet is an absolute gem of a host. He (and his family) go completely out of their way to make sure your stay is incredible. Even taking my husband to the local restaurant when we arrived to help him get dinner. The homestay feels like a luxury backpackers lodge with international tourists milling about and savoring what Hoi An has to offer. The only thing I would say, for young families, is the two bedrooms villa is actually 2, single and separate units beside each other. Completely fine for our family with an 11 year old, but may be an issue for children who are not independent. The suites are beautiful and beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend Kiet’s place.

The place feels like a country club with private security. Definitely safe and private. The residence is designed to feel like nature blended throughout and yet still able to retain the elegance of an upscale place.

We loved our stay! The location was absolutely incredible, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and with views you’ll never get tired of. Watching the sunrise and sunset was a highlight, and Tra Que vegetable garden in the backyard made it even more special. It was the perfect escape from Hoi An’s busy center, yet still easy to reach by Grab. A short walk takes you to a cute coffee shop overlooking rice fields, and you can spot water buffaloes nearby. Some days, we didn’t even want to leave—we just relaxed on the balcony, soaking in the views. The house is in three floors, with spacious bedrooms with private entrances, and a shared kitchen, great for groups. The hosts are kind, responsive, and shared great local tips. One thing to note: since the house is in nature and has an open design, lizards do get inside bedrooms and kitchen often. It didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a beautiful, peaceful stay—we’d absolutely recommend it!

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our family of 4 stayed at Casa Maica for one entire month. The private villa is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean. No shared spaces with anyone. Excellent location in Cam Thanh-on a quiet street, across a fish farm and rice fields, with temples, restaurants and small shops nearby. Safe area away from the crowds, ideal for cycling (or motorbiking). Beautiful, easy cycling to Bale Market, to town, or just to wander around the countryside. All bedrooms have a full private bathroom and a/c, which made for very comfortable nights. Windows and doors have floor to ceiling screens. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. Drinking water is supplied through 20 lt. bottles and was re-supplied as soon as we ran out. We wanted to make smoothies and Hans brought in a new blender. The pool is fantastic. It's deep and really nice to just step outside and dive right in, with a smoothie perhaps, several times a day! Fast and reliable internet, perfect for working remotely Hans and Lan are incredible hosts! Very responsive, super friendly, helpful, and had many awesome recommendations. They helped us organize taxi transfers to/from Danang airport at a very reasonable price; taxis within the city; a private trip to Hue; and a private cooking class. We are very grateful for how attentive they were with our family during our whole stay. The combination of a beautiful villa, excellent hosts, and great location make Casa Maica a wonderful experience. It really has it all, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely return.

Hung and his family were wonderful, friendly hosts. The accommodation was clean, spacious and stylish and the little swimming pool was a welcome touch, allowing us to cool off after a hot day. Their cooking was some of the best we had in Vietnam, indeed Hung conducts cooking classes for very large groups, so they really know how to make a wonderful, traditional Vietnamese meal. We also loved their tribe of cute, friendly dogs that followed us around and even escorted us to the taxi when we were leaving. All in all, this is a very personal experience and you really feel like you are taken into the family fold. Highly recommended!

I stayed for a long time and will list from the disadvantages of the place. Overall, it was clean, but the washing machine and crib were dirty. In the case of the washing machine, you replaced it because it couldn't be cleaned. The crib is very dangerous and worn, so I bought new bedding locally and I cleaned it. The clothes dryer was also worn and rusty. I stayed for about a week, but the mattress is uncomfortable, and the bedding is on the 4th day? I replaced it once on day 5. I think it would be better to replace this area often. The floor is marble and is a dangerous environment for small children. However, when I requested a kids' mat, I would like to thank you for delivering it with a low bed mat. The advantage is that the swimming pool was cleaned every day, so it was clean, and the people who cleaned the house every day came and cleaned it neatly. They responded quickly whenever I needed anything to make it possible. They were all kind. If my child was somewhat older, it would have been okay, so I give you a 5 star overall rating, but if the child is young, it is light. Laundry is unnecessary, and the child is so large that you can go back and forth on the second floor, and if you go on a family trip, it is considered a good accommodation for the value.

We had a wonderful stay for just over a week. The location was perfect. Very close to the centre but not too close so away from the crowds. Loved the pool and the indoor terrace. On hot days it was the perfect location to come back and chill out for a few hours. The host was super friendly and had excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was enjoyable. A great villa! Home away from home!
