Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We had a very nice stay at this beautiful half-timbered house! Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and corresponded exactly to the description. The contact with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. The toilet and bathroom are on two different floors – we weren't quite aware of that before, but it didn't bother our stay. Overall, absolutely recommended!

This is one of the most amazing stays we have rented. The cottage is really equipped with everything! You can't think of it so crazy, or it's present. Communication with the family is very good. The garden is fantastic, very nicely landscaped and very large. The beds are good, the showers are very nice and there is an abundance of towels. The kitchen appliances, the coffee machine, the dishwasher and also the microwave are of good quality. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside and eat at the large table. There is a TV, a sound system, really and everything has been thought of. I will definitely recommend house Geni to family Friends and acquaintances.

The place with André has been very nice. There was nothing missing. Small drinks and snacks were provided. The apartment is super clean and has a full kitchen. I'm sure I'll come back.

It was a great stay. We really felt like at home. Everything is very nice and cozy and there is plenty of space. Very suitable for a family with 2 small children. The immediate vicinity to the Nordpark is great. You are constantly looking out into the countryside, no matter from which window, really nice. The hosts Gabrielle and Kristian are super nice and very accommodating, just like at home :-) All inquiries were answered within a few minutes, really great. We will definitely be back:-)

We had a wonderful stay at Junta’s place! The home was extremely clean and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to rest and recharge. Junta and her husband were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay.

We had a very nice weekend at Thomas's house. It was exactly as he had described on Airbnb's site. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful garden. The house was very cozily furnished, also nice with a fireplace in it. It has a nice sauna and swimming pool. The bedrooms had wonderful beds. Everything was very neat and well taken care of. The communication with Thomas was very pleasant. You could always reach him if you had any questions. Very nice. Thank you Thomas for a pleasant stay in Schwalmtal. Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

I felt very comfortable! The personal contact with everyone in the house was very relaxed, open and attentive. Maike was always within easy reach. At the time of my stay, there were several guests in the house. I was offered an alternative room so that I could have more peace. Very hospitable! It was immediately mentioned that it is not yet fully equipped, yet it was lovingly prepared. The flexibility and hospitality made my stay very comfortable!

We spent one night after a long drive, I can tell you that finding the house super clean is a real luxury! Everything was great, easy to access, spacious, very comfortable bedding, a 10/10. For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.
