The vacation rental is in the 4-family house in Hattingen. 2nd floor / attic (slight slopes). Expansion in 2011, fully equipped, balcony 2×3 m with 6 seats. Amenities: up to 6 sleeping places (2 beds and 1 sofa bed), LED TV with satellite channels, DVD player, stereo/HiFi system, fridge, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee + pod machine, toaster, blender, kettle, egg cooker and more. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets.

In a picturesque half-timbered house in the south of Essen, we have an apartment for rent on the ground floor. It consists of two and a half rooms, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 15 minutes' walk to the Ruhr, 5 minutes' walk to the bus. Attention! Currently, the Wi-Fi is down. We have not been able to resolve the issue since changing providers. However, the network coverage of the providers is good here.

The apartment is located in the heart of Düsseldorf and therefore also in the popular district Unterbilk. A lot of restaurants & bars are within walking distance as well as supermarkets (Real, Rewe, Aldi, Penny etc.) and kiosks. Media harbor/ old town > 15 min on foot or 5 min by train. Messe Düsseldorf can be reached in 15 minutes by underground.
